Professional/quick/attentive service
Professional and quick service. I needed someone to remove mold from my new studio apartment and I got a response and an appointment confirmation within 24 hours of inquiring - and an appointment right away.
The staff made sure I was happy with the service before paying the invoice and were friendly, and took my concerns seriously. All around great service!

Great communication, very satisfied with the result
I would totally recommend housecleaners.nl to anyone. Great at communication and very flexible (also fast) with scheduling the appointment. Got my double mattress cleaned and it looks almost as good as new.

The team arrived on time and did a very good deep clean on the sofa, mattress and carpet. They were open from the start to say that some stains might not come out because the sofa was so old which was fine. Happy with the work.

I'm very happy with the provided service. My sofa and mattress looked as new after the cleaning. It was easy to make an appointment, the cleaner came on time and the payment amount was also communicated clearly.

We are so sorry that you were not satisfied with our prices. The reason why our prices are more expensive compared to our competitors is because we use more machines, chemicals and tools during the process. Therefore you get a much better high quality service.
We also put in more hours and work in a larger team to make sure that everything is perfect and there are no spots visible.

A job done. They were timely, very helpful and communicative, and also patient with my numerous questions. The cleaning was done professionally - they did miss some small spots, but nothing worth taking a star off from my review.

Reliable, quick and would recommend to a friend
Housecleaners arrived on time, the gentleman was polite and finished the work very quickly. We were a bit skeptical about making the payment upfront but it was fine. No extra payment or hidden costs involved and we’re pleased with the results. Would happily use them again!

Highly recommend! Perfect team to come in after a renovation and get your house or apartment cleaned before you start unpacking. I had to move the dates a couple of times and Billy was helpful in coordinating the timings to suit the schedule of when the builder finished. The cleaning job was brilliant and they made every surface, lampshade, bathroom, kitchen spotless and most important dust-free! Great team of happy cleaners who know how to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
