Hello,

I ordered a bathrobe (order no. HB2979) size S/M but it was size L. The label is S/M, but it´s an L (see inside the bathrobe)

Now I cannot send the bathrobe back because I ordered it in February. (see shipping and returns)

I could not check it because it is a birhtday present for my daughter and she should open the box.

Now I had to order a new one (HB3122)

Great comfy dressing gown - wonderful material!

Firstly, the quality is really not great. They specifically state 'no piling' and it immediately piled. My husband and I each used one of those little cutting devices to clear each our own side of the bed on the fitted sheet as it was so considerable, each spending about 10minutes. Secondly, their customer service isn't great. Once I washed the first set I immediately noticed piling and when I emailed to return the second they told me sales products can't be refunded, which must be against consumer protection - the second set was still unboxed. They also said I should wash inside out, which I now do but it wasn't in the care instructions.
I do like the colours, however, I wouldn't buy again. I have had much cheaper sheets last without piling much much longer.

The quality of the dressing gown is excellent. I love the colour and fit.

So soft and weighty
Ordered the waffle and velour bathrobes, both so soft and luxuriously weighty fabric.
And really quick easy delivery.

You said you’d delivered. Nothing. You then sent 2 and couldn’t arrange next day collection

The product was good quality but i emailed to enquire about exchange and they never got back to me

Would recommend! Ordered a S/M robe, quite an oversized fit but I prefer them this way. Came within 2 days of ordering and quality was perfect! Not too thick but not too thin. Would purchase from them again!

Good to have organic cotton dressing gown with rich colour and pleasing pattern.

Really frustrating to order a dressing gown for it to be reduced a few days later

Nice company and arrived quickly. The material is a lot thinner than I imagined and it is shedding quite a lot so pros and cons!

The dressing gown is lovely material but it has formed a big hole on the lapel after just a few wears and customer services haven't replied to me after several weeks. Very disappointing given what I spent on it.

The robe was very good quality . A bit more info on the size of it would have been helpful as the arms were extremely long
