My 2 year old hot tub developed a fault, it stopped heating the water. Having a 5 year extended warranty from Danz, I wasn't too stressed until I discovered that Danz had gone out of business in May 2016.

I phoned several hot tub companies and left numerous voicemails until I found Hot Tub Parts Superstore.

The phone was answered within a couple of rings, the chap that answered the phone was very knowledgable, understood the problem, offered advice. I booked a repair. This was a Tuesday afternoon.

Thursday lunchtime, the engineer came out to Milton Keynes, very quickly identified the fault, and cured the problem without any additional parts or labour being necessary.

A truly fantastic service. Very professional, very friendly, very helpful.

If you have a tub with a problem, give them a call. I would find it hard to believe that you will find better service anywhere - they are also very competitively priced.

I was a little apprehensive paying in advance for the hot tub superstore to come and fix my heater problem as I had paid another company over £500 earlier this year and was left with more things wrong than when I started . The hot tub superstore staff were knowledgeable and polite and Mick fixed my heater in no time . Happy to recommend

Finally a company we can trust, after chasing companies for weeks and feeling like i would never get anywhere Hot tub parts superstore renewed my faith that good honest companies do still exist! cannot thank them enough for the excellent customer service they provided, nothing seemed too much trouble and the knowledge of the guys (and girls!) working there is second to none. Good company but deceiving prices, my wife purchased a pump from hot tub parts superstore only to find she had been charged extra, that extra was VAT that was not visible on the retail price advertised, the price was still competitive but not what you would expect from a online retailer. 3 stars because the price was right but we think the way they advertise is misleading.

Having tried other avenues to repair my hot tub, including the unnecessary purchase of a water pump and an engineer requesting £170 just to call out, I contacted Hot Tub Parts Superstore as a final option. I spoke with Michael who offered clear, precise advice that within a short period of time resulted in the problem being identified. Should any other problems arise I know where my first port of call will be, thanks.
