Can’t thank this company enough. They completely over hauled my hot tub as it’s original parts where no longer available. It’s like I now have a complete new system with colour changing lights. Kyle who came out was so helpful and so knowledgable. Will be using this company now all the time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and so quick with replying to e mails and coming out. 5* company. What a pleasure to use such an efficient company

Had a sticky start as didn't hear anything for about a week after I placed my order, so went on their Facebook page where Leighanne picked up my comment & got everything moving, my hotub has now been repaired, engineer was very friendly,got a call to give me an eta, knew what he was doing & sorted the problem was with me about an hour and half great service.

This is the second time in a couple of years that Hot Tub Parts Superstore have come to my rescue.

Communication is excellent, along with the knowledge and parts available.

I have a Danz Spa (just before they vanished) and parts and repair could have been problematic, however, Hot Tub Parts Superstore had no issues.

Thank you - 10/10 - won't hesitate to use again.

If you are looking for good customer service, excellent knowledge of the spa and hot tub world and prompt, polite, professional service engineers then this is the place to seek help from.
We have a spa company 2 miles from where we live and they were the suppliers of our spa some years back but I contacted them for help with a broken Circ pump and I am still waiting to hear back from them - however I contacted hot tub superstore and within two days they had identified the problem sourced a new pump Incase it was needed and booked a service engineer to call.
Within three days of my initial email the service engineer called to fix the problem and it was a Sunday - how is that for prompt service.
My thanks to Leighanne for her assurance that we were in good hands and keeping us posted at every point and Kyle for his engineering skills and politeness.
If only every company could be this good 👍 😊

We had a complete total upgrade to a full Balboa control system on our old broken hot tub by this company, from start to finish the level of service was of a very high standard, very punctual friendly and cost effective. It made a nice change to deal with a company with sound integrity so would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a potential control box failure, after contacting Hot Tub Parts, several emails and photos later we identified the unit. They were very helpful, giving us advice along with a speedy delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Im so happy i put my trust into this company my hot tub was not working at all. From start to finish all staff was so friendly and helpful very professional. I would highly recommend anyone to use them you will not be disappointed.

The heater and circulation pump packed up on our hot tub. So I searched on line and found Hot Tub Parts Superstore. I checked the reviews and decided to give them a try. I was a little unsure about paying up front for the service call but as the reviews were good I went ahead. They asked for photos and a description of the fault and asked me to purchase the parts that the engineer would bring with him. He arrive at midday fixed the fault and serviced the tub. It is now working fine. The engineer was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was not cheap but as this was the first fault in 12 years it was worth it. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone.

As the face to the end customer for you company, he did you proud, he was professionally and very friendly.

I like the way he explained the processes of what he was going to be doing, as well as the long-term benefits.

As an owner of a spa who has a responsibility to family members and friends that use it, I would fully recommend having a regular full service as it gives you the confidence that the spa is safe and is in good working order.

Placed order last week for next day delivery. Not received, They do not answer phones, emails or facebook messages......
I wish I had used a better company.
Update- After this review the company contacted me, said they had sent out my £168 pump, but will not give a tracking number. And guess what? Nearly 2 weeks later still no pump!!!!

Easy to use website. Excellent communication and availability of appointments. The gentleman that carried out the service was communicative, on time, polite and professional. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend! Will be using your services annually - thank you!

During Covid 19 Lockdown I thought it would be a good time to get the Hot Tub we inherited when we moved in to our house, up and working. I am pretty handy around the house, but have limited knowledge on Hot Tubs, therefore I can only rave about the great service that I got from Mick at Hot Tub Parts Superstore. Mick's knowledge and friendly persona is really refreshing, and he definitely went the extra mile in helping me replace my old circuit board, and then fault find that my Circ Pump was faulty, and also needed replacing. All parts were delivered so quickly and we know have a fully working and very impressive Hot Tub!! Cheers again Mick!!

Excellent service, I cannot praise them high enough, he had to replace a Chinese pump and I was relieved to see the replacement was of higher quality. I had already checked pumps online and the price quoted and charged was as promised. Excellent service, and workmanship was high quality in good time.

Would definitely use this company again.
