Fair to deal with
Ordered 2 replacement bulbs and one arrived broken. Following website instructions I contacted company and replacement was sent. It too arrived broken. Second contact did not produce an immediate response but third contact resulted in credit for second bulb.

Deep Watering Tubes For Large Trees
The deep watering tubes are sturdy and large enough to use with large trees. I like that the hose easily slides into the tube. The sale price was great. The shipping seemed a little high. The shipping cost was almost the cost of the tubes. I bought the tubes because they were exactly what I wanted. Do you have rubber caps that can cover the top of the tubes so dirt doesn’t get trapped in the tube when not in use?

Product came without packaging. I'm suspecting they are used or returns. That was not specified in the description. They were just thrown in a box loose. Not even wrapped for protection. Disappointed considering the cost.
We have purchased this many times in the past and the curved scissors have always been received in protective packaging.

If you cancel before the order is…
If you cancel before the order is touched they will charge you. It is explained under the shipping and returns policy, two completely different subjects. I was also never emailed a sheet confirming the cancelation. Shady business practices would not recommend.

I would recommend being careful when ordering from this company. I ordered some T5 plant lights that supposedly came from Sunblaster but the packages looked like they had been opened and resealed and the bulbs were not like any other Sunblaster bulbs I have seen. Horticultural Supply gave me a refund for everything except the shipping which I am satisfied with. Also their Customer Service was prompt, polite, and helpful. It seems that their supplier was the problem.

This is a FRAUD and a SCAM!
This is a FRAUD and a SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! I was charged the full price and NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!! It has been over 6 weeks and I have contacted them multiple times in January requesting a refund and have never received any resolution or adequate response!! They didn't even respond to tell me when they finally did issue the refund after I threaten legal action, I only saw it when I checked my credit card statement. I do not recommend this company!!
