I bought a timing chain part number 14401-r40-a01 and I opened the package and the chain itself had nicks and not just that the package came in a pink package and another package inside and I know this is not a authentic oem part cause I can tell this is a counterfeit product and now I have to wait for Honda parts now to reply to my email and I also have a real oem timing chain to prove that this part is a counterfeit and I haven’t even install this chain yet cause I know this is some autozone or oreilly cheap stuff and I only opened the package so hopefully I get my refund cause this website just wasted my time and money !!!

do not order from this place or from their website. hondapartsnow.com they are 3rd party sellers. they don't want to be take full responsibility of mispackiging parts. i order a driver side Sunvisor L (Deep Black)

and my refund and replacement of the part was denied because their policy don't take electrical items. till this day i haven't received a response but blank emails from this people. the honda dealer that send my part is down the street from where i work so i will make a big deal in the lobby for a full responsibility of the mispackaged item. and for a replacement for the right part.

This company was problematic from the very beginning. Creating an account was more picky than opening a bank account. Biggest problem is that apparently their website is designed to confuse Ship To and Billing Address at every possible opportunity. Then, they do not want credit card orders, just PayPal (where we, the customer, generally bear the responsibility for shipping losses). Anyway, my order was confirmed as placed to my credit card. Then, the next afternoon, I was told that I would have to have the item shipped to a different address, because they "don't trust" freight forwarders. My Florida office is next to a big freight forwarder but that said a rude man by the name of "Joe" told me was not his decision and there was nothing I could do. Alisha, initially pleasant but soon very argumentative, said she would cancel the order and place it again and pay via PayPal. I do have a PayPal account and I agreed. What she did not tell me was that I could still only ship to my Bill Address, which is my CPA. On reordering, again, the address was changed without any comment or warning. I have added this outfit to our company-wide "banned" list. Deal with them at your own peril.

Website was easy to navigate, found exact parts needed for my car repair quickly and easily. Price and shipping rate was reasonable.

The worst buying experience I have ever had! I cannot believe this is how they do business. I ordered a head unit, the price was offered ($400) for a reman unit. Then they demanded a $1,000 core deposit. I paid it and waited for weeks for a shipment. It finally arrived and I started asking for an RMA number. They denied it to me over and over again. They said I never paid for a core deposit. I had to call and threaten them with legal action to get a response. Clearly, they wanted to hold my grand. After I returned the head unit, paying for the shipping and the insurance, I still had to wait weeks to get a refund. So many calls to manage this terrible place.

In a first for online ordering, I get an email from Honda parts now saying G whiz we’ve raised our prices go ahead and pony up some more money and we’ll get this order started for you. This of course, set the delivery date back a couple days.

A couple of parts were only 40 or $.50 each and yet the extra eight cents they want it was so important that they’re making a customer pay up? They can’t keep their webpage updated? They can’t honor their prices?

I attempted to call four times this morning. Got a person initially who immediately transferred me to the parts department. There, I waited until they disconnected several minutes later. Three other attempts at contacting them resulted in hangups.

The Chatbot sincerely apologized, then transferred me to a senior specialist who says I’m welcome to contact the processing team by phone. I stated they keep hanging up on me, that robot tells me then I should just email the leadership of the business.

Horrible service.

Charged $12 for Shipping and Handling for $2.50 worth of parts - OK... BUT, then send parts which did not match the vehicle diagram on the website. ZERO customer service and wanted me to ship the parts back (at my expense), PLUS pay another S&H fee for parts which could not be guaranteed would not be wrong again. They may have parts, but shopping here was an absolute dud... Never again.

The product was good and precise. The bolt I ordered from eBay was a wrong size. The price was even cheaper than eBay seller. The only drawback was shipping fee and time. With a higher than other online sellers, it could have been quicker.

They sent the wrong part. It was almost impossible to return it. They charged a 20% restocking fee plus a $10 return shipping fee. It’s almost impossible to break the code to speak to a human when calling them. They were very difficult and evasive. Just go to Honda America parts.

Quality is very good. But there’s NO instruction inside the box to install the 2 pin each windows. Costumer service questions and answers only text msg. I installed the visor without the PINS..
