Highway robbery on returned part. I accidentally ordered the wrong part, which was a door handle. I didn't realize it was the wrong part until we opened the plastic bag it was in. The plastic bag was not see-through so there was no way to know it was the wrong part without opening the bag. Customer service told me almost certainly the part could be refunded since it was just in a little plastic bag. So I sent it back. Later the refund was denied and they sent me back the handle. Plain and simple rip off of $190. After the refund denial I reached out to the company and asked if they would reconsider, but have never heard back.

This will be my second order. The first one was good. Found a part for my Honda that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Easy transaction and very fast shipping with acurate description

One of the brake pads i received is different from the others. The Material is FF instead of EF, the pad is larger in overall pad area then the Mis-Matched other.
I explained this to the help desk, they say i received the part i ordered
I have to pay shipping and a 20% restock fee.
They argued with me.

Website was user friendly. Part shipped relatively fast and was exact fit.

I ordered a transmission pipe assembly, bolt, and 2 crush washers. The parts were delayed for 10 days so I received them after 15 days. When I opened the package, one crush washer was missing. I e-mailed them to sent the missing part and they responded 3 days later stating the are issuing a refund. Went to a local Honda dealer who had it in stock at a lower price. If you can let your car sit for a month you might consider them, but there is no guarantee you will get the right/all parts. I would avoid otherwise.

Avoid this company unless you’re willing to risk your money. I ordered a driver-side tail light and they sent the wrong part (passenger side). Simple fix, right? Not here. They refused to take responsibility and kept repeating that because it’s “electrical,” they can’t refund or exchange it—which makes no sense when THEY shipped the wrong item.

I wasn’t even asking for a refund—I just wanted the correct $300 part I paid for. Instead, I was passed around to multiple people, given the same scripted responses, and treated like the problem. No one would guarantee that if I returned the incorrect part, they would actually send the right one.

Only after disputing the charge did they send a return process, but with a warning that they could still deny it once they receive it. So basically, you send it back and hope they decide to do the right thing.

After looking into it, I found multiple people reporting the same issue—wrong parts sent, then a fight to get it resolved.

A legitimate company would have owned the mistake and fixed it immediately. This one doesn’t. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Proceed at your own risk.

Dogshit customer service.
One word/sentence answers to emails.
Ordered parts, the envelope was torn open, and the most expensive parts had been lost in transit.
They keep requesting pictures of the “damaged” parts- but they are missing.
Got someone on the phone after 47+ minutes on hold.
No help.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update- they only reached out after I posted this review.
I did get a refund, but almost a month after I placed the original order, and it was a partial. Chintzy bastards really needed to keep that last 2 bucks and change.
Will not be using them ever again.

HOWEVER- Trustpilot gets 5/5 for getting their attention.

I went on there website put in the part number for a cv axle for my honda.i kid you not when I finally got ahold of a agent.she told me to call a honda dealer. So basically this isn't a business 🤔

This is my second order and even with shipping the parts are more affordable than my local dealership.

I needed a new windshield sprayer for a Honda Civic.Their website pulled up a part number and the picture showed the part I needed. I ordered 2, and they charged a buttload to ship them. The parts arrived and the part number matches but the part is not the same shown on the site and not the one that fits my car. They refuse to allow me to send them back to swap for the correct one. They are not legitimate and a scam.

The parts were a bit slow to arrive, especially considering the cost of shipping. However, I ordered the wrong parts and generated an RMA for return, which was approved. I returned the parts and received notification from UPS that they were delivered to the Dock and received by Parts. Two months and multiple e-correspondence and phone calls later, I am still getting the "we'll check into it and send you an email" response. And of course, have not received the emails or credit for the return.
On the upside (that's why 2 stars instead of 1), when I ordered the correct part, it still took some time to arrive, especially considering the cost of shipping, but it installed beautifully.
Service and Returns Department definitely has room for improvement.

Finding the right part has been extremely difficult. I searched for the front exterior passenger side door handle for my Odyssey, but I ended up ordering the REAR exterior passenger side door handle. They use different terms and abbreivations in different parts of the website, so it's super confusing. When I tried to return the part, they said they would not accept the return request because it was "an electrical" part. Well, the part I THOUGHT I was ordering is not electrical, but the part I received apparently IS electrical. I've written to them 3 or 4 times and they simply refuse to take the part back. I'm ok with a restocking fee, but they won't honor the return request!
The part was not installed, all I did was open the box before realizing it was the wrong part. But they won't take it back, even though they advertise that returns are accepted.
That's a bad business practice if you ask me. There's literally no reason to not accept this return. And now I'm stuck with a $220 part I can't use!!
