even after confirming some parts with VIN number they still don't fit, and it takes them 5-6 days to ship something, which is not the best case if you need something urgently

Excellent selection of factory parts!
Excellent selection of factory parts. The prices are competitive. I bought a couple of other parts that were not factory from other distributers and they don't have the same quality. In fact, 2 parts from elsewhere just ended up in the trash and have been replaced by HondaPartsNow parts. The parts arrived in perfect condition and were easily installed to replace worn out parts. My Honda is an 09 Civic with 245,000 miles on it and has been excellent so I want to keep it that way.

I needed a small part, necessary to install a part I already had. I asked the Chat about the part i needed/ Chat informed me that the part was not included with the main part, and gave me the part number of the one I needed. I ordered it and received the new part ahead of the estimated date of delivery. Perfect!
