Was booked in for 5pm on the same day, but James the fitter from Northampton gave me a call to say he could do it even earlier than this which was a massive help to me. Communication and customer service brilliant throughout the whole process, and James had gone the extra mile to ensure I was back on the road. Couldn’t recommend a better service. Top man James

Steve came out to me this morning to change my tyre that had blown! He was lovely guy, very reliable service, quick and no hassle what soever!

I had a fully flat tyre and a guy called Steve came out to me today from the Wigan patch as I was located in Standish. He was brilliant, top bloke, very knowledgeable and just listening to him talking about finding and repairing a puncture was so interesting. Thank you so much!!

I think one of the elements that cements the excellent service Sam of Hometyre Sheffield delivers is that the three times I have used him the speed, quality and responsiveness has been consistently excellent ! Booked in online on a Sunday evening managed to get booked in for the next day and turned up earlier than originally planned and fitted my tyres in a good time cracking service couldn’t ask for more definitely use again

Desperate to get my flat tyre resolved and a damaged locking wheel nut removed after having a terrible experience with Halfords, I called Hometyre and spoke with an agent called Andy, who was extremely helpful and effective. He sent their technician on the next day, Mark who was also very effective and professional, and quick to get the job properly done. Could not recommend Hometyre highly enough. Great service all around. Thank you!

Relying on our Smart car the next day for collecting a driver during all day MOT and service, plus dentist. Flat front tyre at 3pm on the day before, no spare and an unusual size tyre. Worked down google list, through the well-known nationals, but either website out or no sign of these tyres. Hometyre rang me back and had fitted the correct new tyre by 10.30 next day, saving much hassle and also cheaper than quotes from those that couldn't even respond! Friendly technician checked and pumped-up all tyres with a report on their condition and lifespan. Put them on speed-dial!

Very happy with the service. I ordered a replacement tyre as I had a slow puncture due to a screw stuck in what was otherwise a good tyre. On arrive they did a an assement and were able to repair the tyre and did not simply put a new one on. Saving me over £150. Very polite and easy to understand service.

Whew! Thought today was going to be really difficult when I found the car had a flat (and no spare, just a temp repair kit). Hometyres were not only the cheapest, but were able to come out within an hour. Oleg was brilliant (helping me to find the locking nut) and the communication from him, and the company was great through email and phone.

Great service. Steve was here within the hour and replaced 2 punctured tyres that were beyond repair. Tyres provided were to my spec and Steve checked / inflated the other tyres so the car is driving as it should. Tyres were a fair price too. Would happily use again and recommend to others

Great Service same day fix for punctured tyre

Came out Friday morning for the school run to find my front passenger side tyre completely flat,

As was busy looked around for repair service and these came up, went to the website but had to call as was just outside their area,

lady on the phone was very polite, no problem can have someone with me that afternoon, went through costs for replacement vs repair

Ben turned up with his van in the agreed timeslot, cracked on and found the issue was a screw through the tread, then proceeded with the repair again very polite and professional

Found my car had a flat at home, called Hometyre in the hope that they could come out the same day as I needed the car for work. One quick call, had an appointment booked the same afternoon plus excellent communication by email and text. Robson not only replaced my flat but checked the other tyres, finding one to be on the low side so he checked that for a slow leak too. Fantastic efficient, polite and helpful service. Highly recommended.

Had an unexpected puncture this morning on my driveway, got intouch and had an appointment booked for 11.00. Robson was polite and friendly and within about 40 mins a brand new tyre, then he told me about the rest of my tyres and the tyre pressure sensors. Fab experience and would definitely use again if I needed to.

Excellent from start to finish. My wife's car had a huge puncture on the inside when she arrived back home so we needed the tyre to be fixed on the drive. On checking I spotted that both tyres had worn badly on the insides so wanted 2 new tyres.

I've always been wary of mobile fitters, wrongly believing that they wouldn't have the same gear as a tyre place - how wrong I was.

On initial ordering of Michelin PS4 I noticed at the basket that it was saying they were run flats, but I've run PS4 for ages and wasn't sure so I emailed them before ordering.

Dani came back to me within 10 minutes and said they can't get the none runflat PS4 currently but PS5 would be fine (I already run these on my car).

So she booked me in for the next day with Chris from Blackburn and the service was fantastic. Friendly guy, got on with the job professionally and even cleaned all 4 wheels for me afterwards. Very quick, good attention to detail, no problems with alloy damage (unlike other companies!!) and very convenient.

I won't go anywhere else for tyres now, especially with prices just as good as the other tyre websites.

Brilliant, and highly recommended.

I ordered online and received a call shortly after from Dannie (I’m guessing at the spelling), who fully explained to me what to expect. This was a nice touch and Dannie was very friendly & clear.

Chris who fitted my tires was also great!

Pricing was competitive too.

Brilliant from start to finish, I was able to easily book a next day time slot first thing in the morning, it just so happened they were working close to my area the evening before and asked if I wanted it fixing that evening which for me was mega useful! Amazing service, gentleman was extremely polite and very quick. Highly recommend this company.
