A typical 3-bedroom house takes 4 to 6 days, and a 4-bedroom house takes 5 to 8 days. Larger or more complex homes can have two teams working together to finish faster. What does the process look like? Survey and quote. Our head electrician visits your home, and you usually get a fixed quote within a few hours, always within 24 hours. Plan your layout. We walk through where you want sockets, lights and switches, and advise if you're unsure. First fix. We safely isolate the old wiring, lift floorboards and chase walls to run new cables. Second fix. We fit sockets, switches and lighting, and install a new consumer unit. Testing and certification. We fully test the installation and issue your Electrical Installation Certificate. Plastering.
