Recently has a new sliding patio door fitted. From start to finish the service was exceptional. Recently had a new composite internal garage/ fire door fitted and a new lock on another door (which wasn’t straight forward as a specialist door). Both of these tasks were more complex than a straightforward door or lock replacement and Fenster worked hard to research and work with their supplier base to source exactly what was needed, at a really reasonable price and worked with pace to get it done as quickly as they could. Excellent service and would highly recommend and use again for any window and door needs. Everyone we came in to contact with was knowledgeable, positive and wanted to do a great job.

Friendly, efficient and a quality installation of new French doors for our conservatory, slightly more expensive than the bigger companies but more than worth it for the service you receive.

Fenster recently replaced six windows for me and the experience from start to finish was excellent. I prefer to use local independent companies where possible. Pricing was very competitive and transparent,windows are of a good quality and installation was carried out by two helpfull and friendly fitters that clearly knew what they were doing.Delighted with the end result and the process as a whole..

Yes- use them. I just needed to replace One big window. First class all through. It was a much more technical job than I realised. Their fitter team took immense care over all aspects of the work. Clean, tidy - really good.

I reached out to Fenster glazing to enquire about a couple of window/door mechanism issues and to ask for their opinion on sealing around a number of windows (we had a ladybird invasion!) Ben came to inspect and advised on how he could help, also noting a stiff door he could realign. I had a serious problem because my window was stuck and I couldn't open it. luckily I had Ben's contact information. 20 minutes, windows open, lock replaced, lubricated, everything works!!! Fantastic!!!I recommend Ben to everyone.

Great fitting crew today! (Delivery by John was neat and tidy too!) Tom and Shane were polite, tidy and checked in with us about several details about the removal of the old sliding doors and the fitting of the new ones… Knowledgeable and helpful advice from them too about blending in brickwork colour differences!

Ben ,came in and in a short time has fixed the door was broken for many weeks, he has left everything tidy and clean and the door is working as it was a brand new door .

Fenster Glazing were great. They have completed my install today which was only a small job but they kept me updated throughout the process. I was always kept up-to-date. Unfortunately there was an issue with my glass prior to install but they contacted me and made sure I was aware as early as possible so that I wasn't waiting for an appointment. The email comms were spot on, the installer did a great job and the initial consultation was great too!
