Brilliant service, with a very quick result. I had a question which was answered very quickly. Would use again.

Home diagnostics were super efficient at providing help and answering any questions I had over the phone and via email - as well as shipping the test the next day and providing results within 48 hours of posting back! The service felt personal and caring, with great customer service. The only downside was that the fingerpick test requires a big enough sample that it took 3 pricks and lots of time and squeezing to produce enough blood for the sample, at one point I was quite worried I would not be able to get enough blood before it dried up. I would recommend a venous blood draw if possible, but I cannot fault Home Diagnostics on their helpful and efficient service, and will be using them again in the future!

For over two months, I dealt with the symptoms of a persistent UTI. However, numerous GP visits and several negative urine tests through the NHS left me without a clear diagnosis. I was prescribed multiple courses of antibiotics, but nothing seemed to work. It was both frustrating and exhausting, as the problem persisted without resolution.

I decided to try Home Diagnostics with an extended urine culture test, and the difference was immediate. I recently purchased a test kit from Home Diagnostics .Ordering was easy, and the kit arrived promptly with clear instructions. I received my results quickly .They answered my email with a couple of questions very quickly which was reassuring . I will definitely use this service again if I need to .

UPDATE: Following the publication of my review, the company finally responded to my repeated requests. They acknowledged the communication failures and confirmed that a full refund was being processed. My bank has now confirmed that the funds have been successfully returned to my account.

This shows that the company is willing to correct its mistakes, but only after facing public pressure. The issue has been resolved, but it was a very arduous process that could have been easily avoided with better communication from the outset.I ordered a blood test service on 7th June 2025 (Order ID HD1413) and paid £74.90. After sending my sample, I received no results and no updates.

After several weeks of silence, the company claimed I had not responded to their emails. This was false; I have proof of my replies, sent on 20th and 23rd June, which were ignored.

As the weeks turned into nearly two months, the company then introduced a new and confusing claim about an "unauthorised test" on my form, seemingly as an excuse for the prolonged delay. This was incredibly unprofessional and felt like an attempt to shift blame.

I sent a final ultimatum on 19th July, clearly stating that as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I was entitled to either a timely service or a full refund. I gave them a deadline of 24th July to provide either the results or my money back.

The company has completely failed to respond. They have ignored all my attempts to resolve this and have failed to provide the service I paid for. As a result, I have been forced to initiate a chargeback claim with my bank.

This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise against using this company. Their lack of communication and complete failure to deliver a paid service is unacceptable.
