Surfy's Home Curing Supplies Anmeldelser

Paul. There is no way that I intended to reflect badly on your company. I know that the transport has to rely on Thai post and I know that it is not the most efficient. I do think that Parcel Force could change their tracking system to give more specific details to avoid any confusion and supply some details as to where the parcel is. I'm in Thailand and would not have any idea as to where to go and how to track it.
At least with other companies they can at least advise as to what sorting office it has been dwliveres to. Apologies if my review reflected on your company but it was not intended

Would highly recommend the donner meat seasoning and recipe, absolutely top class best kebab ever.

You took my order, speedily delivered it and when it arrived in a timely manner outside UK I realised I had ordered the wrong thing, one quick phone call and you advised me how to use the product I ordered and emailed me the recipe chart... Thousand thanks

Great, swift response about possible delay of processing order due to holiday. It's good to hear honesty.

I ordered an a few days later my goods arived

Excellent service and prompt response to my queries. My nonna in Italy used to make our salame, in fact several different types of salami, but alas she's gone, so Mr le Surf was a very knowledgeable substitute when I needed help.

I`m enjoying smoking and making dry cured meat every winter. Thank you Surfy`s!!

I have bought curing salts before from the firm. They always delivered on time

My first order from Surfy's Home curing supplies. The salt arrived quickly in good condition complete with a book of curing recipes. My first batch of bacon is almost done, looking forward to tasting the finished product.

Great service, great quality ingredients. Delivery on time and in good order.

use of the word cure in the booklet for sodium nitrite and also for the nitrite/salt mix could be confusing. Otherwise excellent

Great products, easy to order, prompt delivery...what more could you ask for!

Surfy's home curing supplies is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I'm talking about all companies not just curing supplies

Order change
The company was very helpful when I had realised that I had ordered the wrong product over the weekend and was able to change the order and received a refund as the price was different. Thank you.

Very quick and reliable, but also very friendly and helpful with advice. A real treat.

My order was telephoned through to the office and it nice to get a very helpful man on the the other end of the line . Very knowledgeable about the products and nothing was too much trouble . Product arrived on time and as usual excellent quality and service .
