This is my first attempt
This is my first attempt brining/curing. Product came quickly. I contacted the customer services for some advice, and had a brief email exchange with Paul. He had great knowledge, and was incredibly helpful. Excellent service/experience all round.

Smoked Bacon and Ham Dry Cure Mix
Tried the Smoked Bacon and Ham Dry Cure Mix on a bit of a whim and was amazed with the results. Couldn't have been easier. Took some pork belly, removed the rind, rubbed in the amount of cure for weight of meat, into a ziplock bag in the fridge, wait and that was it. Very tasty and really happy with the results.

Consistent quality and service.
As usual, Paul goes out of his way to make sure things go smoothly. Ive been using his curing products commercially in a very high end market on the continent for many years now, and hope to continue doing so.
