I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality department at Home Centre regarding a mattress I purchased some time ago. The mattress is still under warranty, but recently, the spring inside it got damaged. I reached out to your customer service for a replacement, and a quality control representative was sent to inspect the mattress.
The inspection took no more than a couple of minutes, and I am unclear about the report submitted by the inspector. The following day, I was informed that my replacement request was rejected due to "tea stains" on the mattress. Frankly, I fail to understand how tea stains have any relevance to the spring damage, which is clearly a structural issue and falls under the warranty coverage.
When I raised this concern with the representative, instead of receiving a professional response, she became dismissive and disrespectful. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Home Centre.

Worst Delivery experience from Home Centre. Ordered an article last night, delivered now but a broken article.
Worst part; called helpline to get it replaced on priority - response "Sir as per policy only return is possible/ it will be done; in xyz days money will come, etc etc"..... NO, I want replacement article asap, why should I order again.... "Sir policy is like this and it will go like this, bla, bla"

After I did bye and Pay the new bed they on Saturday the 15th March they promissed to me to deliver by confirmation the bed on friday 21st of march at the time from 9am until 3 pm .
This did not happen . After require After one week at the Store in MOE they promissed it will be deliver on Monday 24th from 9 am to 3 pm and they will Call me one Hour before .
Now it is Monday 24th March 1 pm and no one did Call me ,

Never again. They managed to deliver most of the goods. Not one thing was assembled, although paid for. Zero communication from "customer services", a misnomer if ever there was one. No communication on how to return one particularly poor item. If this were the last shop on earth I would not visit it again.

I regret ever purchasing this dining table. It has been nothing but a nightmare. The table had issues from the start, and despite sending it for repairs TWICE, the same problems kept coming back. Clearly, they have no quality control or proper repair service.
To make matters worse, during the last delivery, the team broke the table themselves! Unbelievable incompetence. Instead of resolving the issue, they made it worse. Now I’m left with a broken, unusable table and a huge headache.
If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away from this company and their awful products. They do not stand by their work, and their service is beyond disappointing.

The service is a complete joke! My order was supposed to arrive on 1st Feb - it's been 6 days now and no one knows why it didn't arrive or when it is arriving. I've been calling their customer service every day, multiple times a day - they keep giving me false information and assuring me the delivery is scheduled and will arrive by the end of the day. Whenever I request a contact number for the delivery company they say they don't have one, whenever I request to talk to a manager they say no one is available and they will give me a call back in 2 hours which never happens. One of the customer service representatives was super rude and told me directly he will do nothing about the inconvenience they've caused me... absolutely ridiculous!
MAL TRATO DE PARTE DE UN VIGILANTE DE HOME CENTER LAS VEGAS
El dia de hoy 3 de febrero de 2025, tuve un inconveniente muy delicado con un vigilante de homecenter. Entre a comprar un avellanador, pero finalmente decidi no llevarlo al ver las largas filas que habian, deje el producto en una estanteria y sali. Al llegar al parquedero me aborda un vigilante de esos que andan en una bicicleta electrica y me estruja me dice que donde llevo el avellanador, a lo cual yo le respondo que lo deje en una estanteria, el hombre me intimida y me dice que va allamar a la policia, me reaccion fue de temor y subi y le indique donde estaba el avellanador.
Creo que el trato no fue apropiado para tratar un cliente.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was promised delivery on Monday between 10 AM and 7 PM, only to waste an entire day waiting. After calling customer service six times, I finally found out that my furniture never even left their location. Absolutely ridiculous! Home Center clearly has zero respect for its customers’ time. I will NEVER buy from them again, and whoever is responsible for this mess should be held accountable.

Compramos una nevera el viernes. Nos dijeron q la despachaban martes o miércoles. Luego nos dijeron que miércoles y la nevera sencillamente no llegó. Ese día fuimos al almacén a ver si nos decían por dónde iba. No tenían NADA de información porque carecen de comunicación entre almacén y despachos. Como es posible semejante atraso en la época de Amazon y Mercado Libre? Nos tocó pedir el reembolso para luego ir a un lugar donde sí despachan rápido (de un día para otro) y donde sí controlan a sus transportes. NUNCA COMPRAR EN HOMECENTER sino lo que usted mismo pueda llevarse. DESASTROSOS SON ALLÁ. Y lo peor es que los pobres empleados saben y les transmiten a los gerentes y dueños los problemas de no tener un sistema de información y control pero ellos NO REACCIONAN!
