Homebase - Sheffield Chesterfield Road Anmeldelser 

Bought a new kitchen last year, 3 separate parts all broken within 6 months of installation. One part discarded as not fit for purpose, other two replaced under warranty hassle free and quickly.

No apology, no compensation.

If you want to pay a plumber twice to fit same parts in less then 6 months then this company is for you!! Unfortunately I'd avoid buying from them and couldn't recommended them.

Customer satisfaction was a priority when taking our money, after they had our money, it felt like it became a low priority.

Shame as kitchen looks banging.

The staff at the store were extremely helpful. Answered the phone in good time and were helpful on the phone and then in store were able to assist with any questions.

Ordered on line and collected from nearest branch. Found what I was after easily enough and the service in branch was brilliant. Purchase was 2 chairs and 1 table for outside space. Since had to return one chair as it had a wobble. Service again was second to none. Thank you to all involved.

The products had been collected and we're easy to collect. There were no issues. Products were not damaged and matched online description.

We ordered some pvc paint & it should have been delivered on the bank holiday Saturday but did not arrive. I tried phoning the shop but no answer. It finally arrived Tuesday night!!!{!

My order was ready and brought to me quickly by helpful and cheerful staff. They even took it out to my car and loaded it for me

Had to return a lawnmower to the store due to it being defective. Was dealt with by Jason, who could not have been more helpful in dealing with our defective mower and helping us decide upon the purchase of an alternative. Jason was attentive helpful and professional an absolute credit to Homebase and the Sheffield store. I would recommend this store based upon Jason’s helpful professionalism.

Very efficient service with helpful staff

Absolutely appalling. I purchased a kitchen and theyve treated me like rubbish. They don't respond to phone calls or emails I had to go into the store on several occasions. Its caused me so much stress and upset. Months later its still not resolved.

Easy access and parking, well stocked store with friendly, helpful staff. Thank you.
