Homebase - Sheffield Chesterfield Road Anmeldelser 

I ordered a number of items on click and collect basis, I received an email saying not all of my order was available did I want to cancel all the order or collect what was available and cancel items that were not, which i did,it took ten minutes at collection point because they couldn't find the order,there was no mention of refund for items missing, it was a shambles, how do I get a refund,

Tried the lawn aerator spike shoes.
Shoes themselves work OK, but the straps provided are way to short and do not keep the shoes on your feet. You will definitely need to put your own, much longer, and more secure straps on.

Visted Chesterfield road range Sheffield to buy a new hampshire 9 seater firepit they had on sale ex display as we know range was selling there garden range displays only to be told we couldnt buy it go.online and put your email in for when there back in stock by a member of staff a male that we couldn't buy it only to go back a day after to find it had been sold absolutely disgusting service ..

Came into the range cafe and ordered a pasty, chocolate orange cake and soya hot choclote. Less than £13

Visited Homebase today, planning to buy garden furniture with my elderly mother. When asking a member of staff to give me a price for the chairs, I asked if they did NHS discount. He said, sorry, no. I commented, that’s a shame. A second member of staff calls Ian started to rip into the NHS, asking me why I thought NHS staff should get discount. He started to complain about the price of prescriptions, and criticised the pandemic. I told him I was not prepared to discuss this matter but he carried on. Had to walk out without our purchase. Disgusted is an understatement, I did report it to the manager who was very apologetic.

We did a click and collect order for three items but received an email telling us one part of the order for 2 flower pots was cancelled. We went to check and the items were still in stock so we were able to buy them directly. No wonder you are in administration. We would have gone elsewhere if we didn’t have the other item to collect.

Picked up my click my collect purchased while there purchased some solar garden lights as I won’t be able to purchase them when the stores close
The staff were professional and friendly Such a shame there will be no more Homebase’s , they are going to be soo missed

Very quick very efficient service

I ordered 2 items to be sent to my home address. They items didn't arrive. When I rang up the customer service the lady said the items were sent to Homebase on Chesterfield Road. She refunded the cost of my items and I re-ordered them straight away. The money was returned to my bank within 48 hours and I have re-ordered the items.

Received a bench with holes drilled in the wrong place. Closest Homebase is 30 minutes away and don’t have a car that can fit the bench for a return.
