Homebase - Newcastle Under Lyme Anmeldelser 

I don't normally bother with writing reviews, unless the service has been terrible. However, on this occasion I feel absolutely compelled to let others know how well I've been looked after by Homebase Newcastle Under Lyme, particularly the Kitchen Team, and particularly Mark Lenton.
If anyone is about to start a kitchen/bathroom project and you're shopping around for quotes, please give plenty of consideration to Mark and the team. I can't praise them highly enough. I bought the kitchen from them in May last year and even now I'm getting first class after sales service. This tells you all you need to know because anyone can be nice when the sales on the line, but to still be readily available and willing to help almost 11 months on is incredible.
I really can't speak highly enough of Mark.
Go get a quote, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Went today to refill a gas bottle and ended up buying a new bbq at the same time.
Served by Nahum who couldn't be more helpful and his advise was invaluable.
Steve and Iain couldn't do enough to help with collecting the bbq from the shop floor and loading it into the car.

Went in for paint and a small light bulb. A lovely lady called Trish helped and advised me about different colours and brands.With her help I opted for a colour to be mixed on the machine which she did. I went in looking for a non-drip coloured paint but she advised to that this paint would be fine. How right she was. Had no problems applying the paint. Trish also advised me on the replacement light bulb. A great service. Thank you

I visited my local store in Newcastle under Lyme and was served by a lovely lady called Judith she was very smiley and chatty which was lovely and rare these days. I hope to see Judith again when I next visit 😊

Easily ordered. On line date and time of delivery was spot on

Well. After looking online and deciding on these I ordered 2. So off I trot to pick them up. On arrival one was sort of package (wet and dirty) but the other was a bag of rust !
I did ask for it to be changed but they didn't have any left (said 6 online). In the end asked for a refund and bought something else. No problem with refund, although it says one item when there were 2. So we shall see.. The lady was a bit embarrassed when she handed them to me.

We were given excellent service and nothing was too much trouble whatsoever

Used the click and collect service extremely easy to use,was able to check stock levels before purchasing from mu local shop which was great.
All in all would definitely use this service again

We were served by Mark Lenton from your NUL store, he is incredible. He listened to all our wants and requirements and created something pretty incredible for our space.
He made the process easy and quick!
We did not feel pressured with time or sales and we feel like he gave us honest advice. We are yet to receive the kitchen and bathroom, but so far he has made our renovation journey a little easier.

Received a text telling me order ready for collection. Went to store & picked up item without any wait.

Having gone to another retailer who did not have what I required in stock I did not want to waste my time and have another disappointing trip. It was great to be able to click and collect, know that you had the item in stock and that it was ready to collect. The collection point was well signposted and the member of staff was efficient.

We would highly recommend Homebase the product quality is consistently high exceeding expectations every time we shop there. The Newcastle u Lyme store is always immaculately presented and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and have a friendly deminer.Prices and offers are very competitive so no need to travel to multi size DIY stores

I went in looking for garden furniture but had no idea what I wanted.
They had items on display, and the staff were very helpful in explaining all the different options.
Even helped me to my car with everything once I had paid.

We have visited Homebase, Newcastle under Lyme a few times. We made an appointment to get our kitchen designed with Mark. He came out and measured up, we then met him in store for the design.
He'd taken all our ideas and planned the whole lot ready for our visit. We loved the design before we started tweaking it.
He was so patient, choosing a work top, we had him changing the design so we could see how it'd look.
He has been super helpful.
We have yet to be fitted, but I've total confidence that it's going to be fabulous.

I had a bathroom design a while back and loved the product and service from mark that much I returned to purchase a kitchen! Highly recommend!
