Ich habe mir eine Drohne für seiner Zeit mehr als 300€ gekauft. Die ist jetzt 1 1/2 Jahre alt und es gibt direkt ein paar auch GRAVIERENDE Sachen zu 'bemängeln':
Der Akku hat nach ein paar Flügen eine Delle entwickelt, sodass man ihn nurnoch mit etwas Gewalt in die Drohne einführen konnte, was an sich kein Problem darstellen würde, wäre da nicht die Gefahr dass der Akku kapput geht, oder gar explodiert und das auch noch während eines Fluges. Dass ein neuer Akku über 100€ (1/3 des Drohnenpreises) kostet, macht es auch nicht besser.
Dann neulich nach eine längeren Pause ist auch die Software kapput gegangen: Es ist ein Glücksspiel, ob das Handy sich mit dem WLan der Drohne verbindet, auch ist es ein weiteres Glücksspiel, ob ein Bild in der App empfangen wird(wenn da keins ist werden auch keine Bilder oder Videos auf der SD-Karte aufgenommen) und es ist auch Glücksspiel, ob das Bild nicht einfach mittem im Flug stehen bleibt, oder ob man die Drohne gut lenken kann, oder nicht. Alles in allem muss man bei jedem Start 20min den Akku aus der Drohne ziehen die Fernbedienung ein- und ausschalten, bis dann mal ein Bild da ist und dann muss man halt hoffen, dass man gescheit fliegen kann (Probleme: siehe oben).
Die Flugqualität aus den Zeiten als sie noch funktional war, war ok. Sie ist aber nicht besonders Windstabil, da muss man halt unter Umständen nachhelfen, die Kameraqualität mag zwar 4k sein, sieht aber nicht wirklich gut aus, das merkt man vorallem bei Bäumen; die Kompression und die Bitrate sind nicht sehr 'modern'.
Als meine Drohne dann also kaputt gegangen ist, dacht ich evntl. ist ja noch Garantie drauf, wie man es bei Handys in gleicher Preisklasse kennt. ABER die Garantie hält nur 30 TAGE nach dem Kaufdatum (für Zubehör 90 Tage). Das finde ich ein bisschen frech. Macn muss ja nicht direkt 3 Jahre garantie erwarten, aber 30 Tage...
Zusammengefasst: 300€ für eine Drohne mittlerer Qualtät(relativ zu den 300 Euro), die nach ein Paar mal benutzten (unter 10x schätze ich) kaputt geht. Nicht empfehlenswert! Die nächste Drohne kaufe ich wie eine andere Rezension bei Dji.

😒 This is one sorry azz company and Trust Me you don't want to get involved with them.
So I purchased a HS 710 Drone from one of their Approved Retailers right? I paid $100 for a supposedly 'New Drone'. On Holy Stone website the same HS 710 sells for over $200.
(1st Red Flag);

When I received the Drone
it was damaged so I contacted the Seller for a replacement. (2nd Red Flag), the Seller claimed he didn't except "Returns", [Companies must provide a Return/Refund Policy].
Seller told me to contact Holy Stone..(3rd Red Flag); I contacted Holy Stone and explained my problem and they said they would Replace the damaged Arm. I sent my Shipping Address and waited. 2 Days later I get a email from Holy Stone asking for Proof of Purchase, I sent the Receipt.
(4th Red Flag) Holy Stone emailed me again and still rejected replacing my damaged Arm. They told me to go back to Seller.
I told Holy Stone that their Seller wasn't following Holy Stone Regulations and didn't provide a Return Policy. I further told Holy Stone that they were liable of replacing my Part and they continued to deny me.
(5th Red Flag)-> Holy Stone Retailers are selling their Products at half the cost of the Company, and it's supposedly New. [I THINK THESE DRONES WERE RETURNS OR QC REJECTED].
To date Holy Stone has agreed to Replace of Drone 4 Times and have yet to honor their agreement.
Something is wrong with this Company and their violating the International Business Laws and Regulations. I plan on filing a civil action against them. Holy Stone went as far as saying that the HS 710 was no longer in Production, (which is a Lie. It's still being Sold on their website.
Holy Stone has a Deliberate Indifference mindset with Selective Discriminatory Practices and Procedures.
The civil suit will be an easy win due to the False and Misrepresentaation of Company Policies. No 2 Customer Support Employees will tell you the same policies and nor can you find any policy they claim.

Fit/finish and quality seem excellent. Easy to use with app and tutorials. Highly recommend these drones.

I would give this zero stars if I could.

I received a 720g for Christmas. I live in a mountain town where winters are well below freezing for the season. The instructions specifically say not to operate the drones transmitter below 32 degrees. As a result,
I wasn’t able to take the drone out until April when it was warm enough.

On the initial flight I went through the provided pre-flight checklist and made sure to check all the boxes. Everything was fully charged and the transmitter had brand new batteries. I went through the initial detection, pairing, and calibration and everything appeared to be working as expected. When ready, I pressed the one-key takeoff button and the drone lifted as expect then it took off completely on its own. I flew in a steady downward slant for about 15 ft. I tried pushing the one key landing button to bring it down safely but there was no response. The drone crashed into the ground. The camera was ripped almost completely out. It was only hanging on by a few wires.

I called the company and explained that it was a gift, why I waited so long to fly it, and I explained what happened. The CS asked me for an order number which I could not provide. I again restated that it was a gift and I didn’t have that information. I was told there was nothing they could do without it.

I reached out to my parents who bought it for me and asked if they could send me the order number. They did and I called CS back on the same day as the initial call. After providing the order number they then wanted a screenshot of the Amazon order. At this point I’m beyond upset. I’ve told them four times now that this was a gift. I was basically told they couldn’t help me. I told them I could give them a serial number or any other product information available, but they didn’t care about any of that.

This has been a horrible experience all around. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had this drone flying as soon as the battery was charged. The app is simple to use, the drone very responsive and not too expensive for the quality of the machine. All in all, a good drone that I'd happily recommend to others and also buy again.

One word describes the HS720R – Dangerous

I received this drone for my birthday. My first 2 flights ended with the loss of control, or what I now know as ‘toilet bowling’. I contacted Holystone who advised me to go higher up as trees and the house in the middle of the countryside maybe causing the issue. I was then given a 90-day extended warranty. Due to working away and poor Yorkshire weather it was another 3 weeks before I could fly again.

The 1st flight went well, the 2nd the drone at 20m high began to toilet bowl up and down in circles and eventually flew into a tree causing it to fall through all the branches to the ground. It then took off again and flew 50 meters at low altitude into another tree. 7m from the ground it gained altitude and I somehow managed to gain control and return its manually to home.

I changed the battery, recalibrated it as I did for each flight and immediately flew up into the air and flew off in a straight line and circled back but nose-dived to the ground hitting a neighbour’s caravan.

I contacted HS to be told I was outside of my 30 day returns policy and that best they could do it send me a replacement, but they didn’t want the old one despite me advising them it was dangerous and needed analysing. Even with the stated 90-day warranty in an email they wouldn’t refund me. After 48 hours and several emails they refused to refund me even though I reported the issue within a week of purchase. I then contacted Amazon via phone who instantly refunded me and sent Royal Mail and DPD to pick up the drone and battery the following day. Holystone when I told them of this after collection tried to claim they refunded me as a gesture of goodwill. Absolutely horse****.

Stay away from this company. Read the poor reviews on Amazon and Trustpilot and it’s a known fault and you don’t want to be prosecuted for injuring someone because of the lack of control to the drone. Go buy a DJI Drone. Might cost more but they are much safer.

I recently had an issue with my Holy Stone HS720E drone and contacted their technical support team for assistance. I must say, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem. They guided me through troubleshooting steps with clear instructions, and within a short time, my drone was back up. I highly recommend Holy Stone not only for their excellent products but also for their outstanding customer support!

RECENTLY RECEIVED A HS720E AS A GIFT FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND I AM EXCEPTIONALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE DRONES FEATURES PERFORMANCE AND VIDEO QUALITY, HOWEVER WHAT MOST IMPRESSES ME IS HOLY STONE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE THE DRONE WAS PURCHASED WITH AN ADDED INSURANCE POLLICY AND WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE DRONE AND CONTACTED INSURANCE I WAS TOLD INSURANCE WOULD NOT HELP ME SO I CONTACTED HOLY STONE DIRECTLY AND GAVE THEM THE SAME DETAILS OF THE INCIDENT AND THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUE WITHIN 3 DAYS AND REPLACED THE DRONE.
NO HASSLES NO BS. JUST CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTED TOWARDS SATISFYING ME AS A CUSTOMER. 5 STARS

Lack of after sales support service. I purchased a Holy Stone HS230 from Holy Stone's Ebay shop and the batteries have expanded in size and lost their nominal capacity.
I contacted Holy Stone about replacements and they do not stock parts for the HS230.
This is not acceptable and I will never purchase a product from Holy Stone again as their values for not supporting sustainability are unethical.

I just received an HS720R drone asa gift. Firstly, I am surprised at how much drone you get for so little money! It comes packaged in a custom made case which holds everything securely and prevents damage. A nice touch is the card on the controller which clearly identifies each control and what it does - a great idea well thought out.
Set up and use of the HS720R is really simple. After charging and awaiting a clear wind free day, it took literally two minutes to get airborne! It reacted well to the controls with absolutely no perceptible lag - another plus.
I have to say this is worth it’s money and is a great beginner drone too!

Just bought HS360S. How is this under $200?
You cant be unhappy with this. I would like a Gimball Cam but it is in 4K and the pics are great. I can also see a drone with 4K Gimbal cam, 3KM range etc being in the $800+ range.

Terrible drones . They may as well make boomerangs , more chance of them coming back . Save your money by a DJI and save yourself the hassle of thinking you are useless at flying drones , Holystone drones are absolutely rubbish , even dangerous. Rubbish camera . Rubbish flight time , rubbish connection . Don't bother , I was given HS 720G by Holystone because I sent the other one back ,it was rubbish . Can't even sell it because it's not safe enough to fly .

They were nice but my drone $300 broke without even crashing and said it was unfixable, all they did was offered a 10% discount.

After some initial issues they have turned out to be excelent on customer service and very happy to give a glowing 5 star review now. Well done

Drone connects and as soon as you hit 5 meters it loses connection meaning it won’t record, not the best drone for signal connection, time to change drone after a week of owning the hs720

Nach dem 3. Flug ist ein Motor ausgefallen.
Er war heis gelaufen, scheinbar ein Kurzschluss.
Daraufhin habe ich den Motor (25,00€) gewechselt, aber scheinbar ist mehr kaputt. Tolles Produkt.

I received a Holy Stone HS720 drone as a gift. I read the manual and was careful on the first flight. It drifted slightly, hit a railing and fell about 12 feet on to a lawn. Now it flips over every time on take off and won’t fly. I tried to recalibrate the gyro, but still flips over. I reached out to customer service and they are clueless. They keep asking ridiculous questions like “send us photos of damaged parts.” There are no external damaged parts. It just flips over on take off.

MY OPINION: stay away from Holy Stone. Poor quality and poor customer service..

Delivered next day which was a Sunday. After charging the batteries which did not take that long my Grandaughter got started on the set up with a little help. After a short time we figured things out took ourselves out to an open area near the beach. A bit windy which was a bit of a concern to me at least, but no once all calibrated etc the drone worked wonderfully. we did not use the the phone or camera for a first outing and it did not disappoint in the slightest. A few more practice sessions and am sure it will be a great success using the camera. Very pleased.
