Store credit of no use as I will not buy from them again.
This unfortunatley is the 2nd time I have to give a bad review. 3 pendant kitchen lights delivered to wrong address 3 times. Paid my electrician to fit them. 2 were broken and the 3rd was unsafe to hang as the fitting was the same as the 2 broken ones. Holloways sent out 3 new flex and fitments to the wrong address again.. We have had to go collect each wrongly delivered parcel;. My Electrician came again to fit them so I had to pay him again.. I contacted Holloways and they offered me store credit. NO thank you wouldnt buy any thing from them again.

Hi Marianne,
We’re very sorry to read about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
Having your order repeatedly delivered to the wrong address, receiving damaged and unsafe fittings, and then facing additional electrician costs is simply not the level of service we aim to provide.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and stress this has caused you.
Please contact our customer service team directly at customerservice@hollowaysofludlow.com, as we would really appreciate the opportunity to review this properly and discuss a more suitable resolution with you.
We have also raised the delivery address issue internally with our web team to ensure this is corrected going forward.
