Such a fantastic service. I messaged Holiday Guru for a package and I was surprised how quickly they responded with a beautiful hotel and when the holiday wasn't suitable because of a requirement I forgot to tell them about, they very quickly sent another option. Also their Facebook page has some great deals for some really beautiful destinations.
