Your are advertising Dominican Republic - Riu Bamboo- as a fabulous place for a 60th birthday party for all the family - as long as all their guests want to is stay around the hotel complex and go back and forth to the beach that is fine otherwise don't bother as there is nothing else to do and no where to go outside of the hotel complex other than go looking at the other hotels nearby.
A couple of boat excursions which are very expensive. There is honestly no where to walk to outside of the "hotels area"... we stayed at The Riu Palace end January 2023 which was meant to be 5* - turned out that the hotel was due to be refurbished in May 2023. A expensive holiday to do hardly anything - save your money and go to Greece, Turkey or Mexico

All HG Family holidays are past dates in 2019, Why are they still up on the website? why is there no new deals? Really bad

Pathetic, i received a coupon code and later these people started calling me, on which I told them I will come by some time they booked my appointment but rather started calling me again and again and as I was working I wasn't able to receive calls, later they messaged me on which I replied too that i am not coming, still they don't stopped calling me, one of the employee named PALLAVI started calling me every minute so i received the call and this lady asked me if I am coming or not and I said I have already told you I am not coming and I am not receiving your call means I am stuck somewhere, she just started using abusive language, and she don't stopped she used her language and ended the call, of course after such language and calls,
It turned off and I message her rudely on which again she just started using abusive languages. Being in the same field I know customer is the first preference, but unfortunately this lady dint had the ethics. Plz plz don't use this website because there call centre is not even working properly and they don't have professional employees in call center itself. Not recommended at all.

What a brilliant website! Such amazing deals and the customer service is absolutely top notch. I'd give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Highly recommended.

I have booked a 2 night stay in Vienna, the holiday is through Bargain Late Holidays via Holidayguru.ie

I haven't even been on my holiday and just booking has been difficult and stressful. Holidayguru do not seem to want to help and have ignored all attempts to contact them. The provider (Jetline/BargainLateHolidays) have attempted to force me to pay more for the holiday by telling me the dates and the hotel I booked were unavailable, but miraculously they became available when I insisted on a refund if I could not have the exact dates and hotel that I booked.

They also claimed they didn't have to refund me (they do, consumer rights!) so I told them that I wanted an email confirming that the holiday that I had booked was unavailable and that I would then simply do a charge back through my bank if they refused to refund me. As above, amazingly the deal I had initially booked became available again at this point.

They are very bad at sending any details re flights and itinerary (have not sent details as yet - still!) I am not convinced that they will and I will have to get my money back eventually anyway.

I would avoid HolidayGuru, BargainLateHolidays and Jetline Travel at all costs again. It's been a learning experience and I'll be telling everyone I know about this abysmal service.

I sent a email to which took two weeks for finally helping me. I asked for a budget holiday and found they gave me a really expensive one for me and my daughter.

Excellent email updates on great travel offers. Very quick response rate when I asked for specific travel recommendations. Unfortunately, does not appear to be too familiar with solo travelers requirements.

Holiday Guru is an absolutely fantastic site! I emailed them regarding a holiday with budget, travel dates and vague idea of where I wanted to go and they came back to me with an unbelievable good deal, they take all the headaches out of booking a holiday, couldn't recommend them highly enough, would give them 6 stars if I could!
