NIGHTMARE TO GET THROUGH TO THE STORE....CHARGED 7P A MINUTE FIRST, THEN COMPUTER VOICE SO QUIET CAN HARDLY HEAR IT, NO OPTION TO ASK IF CLICK AND COLLECT ITEM IS IN, CANNOT RING THE STORE, WHEN PUT THROUGH IT GOES BACK TO COMPUTER VOICE AGAIN WHO REPEATS EVERYTHING TWICE(WITHOUT THE OPTION I WANT)...EVENTUALLY AFTER OVER AN HOUR, SOMEONE PUT ME THROUGH TO THE STORE......NO ANSWER.....!!!!!!!

We were sorry to learn of your disappointment at the cost of your recent call to our store. The reason we provide 084 numbers for stores is that they offer additional options and increased functionality that helps us maintain consistent service levels across all of our stores. Regrettably, we do not have control over what additional access fees the various phone providers charge. For this reason we do highlight the additional potential cost to our customers at the beginning of each call stating that "Calls are charged at 7 pence per minute plus your phone company's access charge".
Should you encounter difficulties contacting any of our stores in the future, please feel free to call customer service on 03333 234 754 (Mon-Friday 9am-5pm). We will be happy to assist you regarding product availability in any of our stores. We did not get e mail telling us the product was in store so had to go down and check. Could not get through to store on phone -no one answered and because it was premium rate cost me alot. Very poor service. We could have used Amazon but wanted to support a local store-this all needs to improve to use again.

Damaged package on arrival was the only reason he got a four
The only reason I give this a four is not HMV fault I wasn't happy with the way it was delivered from the royal mail the package came damaged the contents of ok fortunately not and I have spoke to the staff at my local HMV and have made them aware of this other than that it came on the day it was supposed to and I'm very happy with the product
