hmv (UK) - Doncaster Anmeldelser 

Went into the shop to order a product from the HMV website and to also get it delivered to the shop. The gentleman who dealt with me when placing the order and also when I picked the item up (had the same gentleman on both occasions) was great. Very friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. The item I ordered arrived quickly, was well packaged and I was given a two week window in which to pick it up. Based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone the Doncaster branch of HMV...

I was served promptly by a very friendly and helpful assistant. The DVD I had ordered online was in store awaiting collection. I had been informed of its progress via email. The assistant in store offered to help me to enter my email address, for which I was very grateful. I found the entire progress efficient and effective.
Previously, a very helpful assistant in HMV Meadowhall Sheffield had located the DVD which I had believed to be unavailable had placed my order online and asked me to select a branch from where to collect it free of charge. Altogether a very satisfactory shopping experience.

Ordered a cd online to be collected in store … got email saying it had been shipped but then no email to say it had arrived at store , waited a few weeks and contacted HMV customer support who were ***fantastic***got a response within 24 hours explaining there was an error on their side in not sending the ‘your order is ready to collect email’ … hence my two star review… I will continue to use HMV online as this was probably a one off mistake, the customer service team would get a 5 star rating for their speedy response

Great communication and quick delivery

Bought a couple of things for my boyfriend’s birthday, a t shirt and a tin magnetic sign. T shirt fit well and the sign was smaller than expected but still a funny add on.

Just ordered a Dvd. Good service at the counter. Very helpful and polite. Got my dvd 2 days later from the shop. Very competitive prices. Thank you. Watched my Dvd this weekend...brilliant film, Brassed Off.

i visited the doncaster store to purchase a vinyl LP and it wasnt in stock so the kind and helpful shop assistant ordered it to come to the store as I wasn't sure I would be at home to receive it. so I did click and collect. this is the first time ordering this way so the member of staff explained how it worked and i was made to feel confident it wouldn't take long to arrive and safely my LP was delivered within the time frame so i am really pleased with hmv and the LP is perfect. thankyou hmv for great customer service

I went in to pick up my Pre-Ordered Vinyl and it was there waiting for me. I also bought a Plastic Sleeve for my Record and a badge for half-price. The Assistant was attentive and easy-going. I am a massive fan of HMV and glad we still have one in Doncaster. Thanks very much x

Website easy to use and to find what I was looking for. Payment straightforward and my cd arrived shortly after, which is extremely good as postage was free due to spending over £20.

I was a little uncertain which CD to purchase by a particular singer but was very helpfully advised by the lady behind the counter. She was very knowledgeable - and as it turns out - very accurate in her choice!
