I love going to HMV so friendly if I can't find wat im looking for they go get it for me they ask if im looking for anything else

The vinyls are good.
I just want my vinyls and they've never came with a scratch so ye, it's good.

What a service I had
Well what can I say , from the moment I order the War of the Worlds box set , it was so easy to have it taken to the HMV Blackpool, because I was on holiday there . I should have collected it on the Tuesday morning, but it was delivered to that store, on the Monday afternoon. So , I picked it up, and It was so brilliant service. Many thanks. Simon.. Oh PS the staff in this store, delt with me , with no issues at all

Been a HMV customer since the 7o's
Been a HMV customer since the 7o's. You have always had variety and technology.
Happy days buying Laserdisc films, vhs films for the children and latterly dvd/blu ray.
Your staff are always happy to help and encourage us to listen view try new media.
Big hats off to the Blackpool staff and store.

All I asked was can or is it possible to get the whole series and they said yes would you like one and they cannot help you enough.

Accurate service and good communication
The order i arranged with HMV for the excellent Boardwalk Empire DVD box set arrived almost exactly when anticipated. I now have to decide what to watch between that and the Peaky Blinders box set which also came from them at a decent price!

Fairly easy click and collect
Fairly easy to order on the website and collect in store. Plenty of notifications when order is ready to collect, with plenty of time allowed to make the collection.
