Was able to purchase the items I've been looking for from the HMV website as one of two wasn't available in store. Used Click & Collect. Was an easy and simple service to use. Took 3 days from ordering to arrive at the store. Was easy to collect from the store. Only snag was both items I ordered arrived 2 days apart than both together, but at least they arrived and both in new condition. Great service from both online and store teams.

Prompt, efficient, and pleasant/helpful staff
I entered my local HMV in search of a DVD. They didn't have it on the shelf, but were able to order from the online warehouse. Setting aside my availability to collect the purchase, the online warehouse despatched the order the following day, and the package was in the local store available for collection within two days. The price paid was competitive and even cheaper than one of the other online giants. The package was well protected for transit and on playing the DVD I have no regrets in having used HMV to source my purchase.

The sales staff was very helpful
The sales staff was very helpful. I couldn't find the box set I needed he, was serving someone else so he help us both same time.
Ordering the item and having it posted out for me was fine, I shall be back sometime in July to order another box set if the Bath shop doesn't have it in. I have only purchased from HMV .

Ordered DVDs to HMV in Bath
I ordered some DVDs at HMV, I received excellent customer service, found the staff easy to talk to, & they were happy to answer any queries I had. I received emails to keep me updated when my order was dispatched, & when it was ready for collection. I am very happy with the service I received.

You Seem Pretty Sad for a Dude Working at HMV
I visited the Bath store to collect a CD but the service was a little slow and the staff were not friendly/ approachable. I want to preface that this is not usually the experience as I visited this particular store countless times, it was just memorable as it was the release day of Olivia Rodrigo's new album and the staff seemed a little sour (pun-intended)

Local author
As with all my visits to the HMV shop in Bath, the service was excellent. On this occasion it was Jack Walters. BUT - why doesn't the shop stock on it's music bookshelves Jack's latest excellent book "Bob Dylan, Song by Song Volume 1 / 1962-1969". He's a local author and his previous book was on Bruce Springsteen. His new book on Dylan has been well-reviewed. I feel strongly that HMV Bath should stock his book and support your staff.

Great Service for Physical Media Collectors
I collect physical media, and I’ve consistently had a great experience with them—no complaints at all. Orders are well packaged and dispatched quickly. Visiting the shops is also a pleasure, with friendly and welcoming staff every time.
