The customer service given from the guy behind the desk was superb, very attentive, polite and engaging. The quality of work carried out was excellent too. Highly recommended.

Great service every time
I always use HiQ they're just very helpful, cheery and polite. I think they're probably a bit more expensive than seeking out smaller independent (who are few and far between) but if they don't have the tyre they get it quickly. I had a blow out near Aberystwyth at 8am, got recovered by the AA who eventually brought me back to Telford, rang ahead to HiQat 11am, they got the tyre to them by 3 and my car was ready by 4.30

Had a blow out on the way home
Had a blow out on the way home. I turned up when they were about to close and managed to sort me out there and then. They removed the space saver and fitted the new tyre. Very understanding and friendly service.
These hero's do not wear capes but can save the day.

My rear driver side tyre kept loosing air, I called HIQ in Telford, told them what the issue was & asked if I could pop my car in for them to take a look. They were extremely receptive, found the problem immediately, it had a puncture, they were able to repair the tyre there & then. I have previuosly had all four tyres replaced by them, always polite & professional. Would Highly recommend them to friends, family & work colleagues anytime. Thank you all for being really helpful!
