Had mot on my car
Had mot on my car . Very pleasant staff and very knowledgeable. No fuss very organised and a great price. I have since recommended to my friends to use this garage . It’s in the perfect location on a bus route very convenient. Thank you .

Customer service
Originally went in for Mot, service, brake fluid change and engine flush. All carried out on the day with no fuss. Not the cheapest but reasonable. Also no, you're going to need this, that and everything else done. In addition they found 3 screws in one of the tyres which was news to me. Removed them and had to repair the puncture for one as it had pierced the tyre. Job done. However, unfortunately, one of the others had gone through the tyre but wasn't noticed. Consequently I was left later the following day with a flat tyre fortunately not too far away from HiQ. Managed to inflate it enough to get there. This is really where the 5 start service comes in. Steve immediately said he would get it looked at first thing in the morning (it was more or less closing time). Also lent me his own car for the evening so I didn't have to get back in the morning with a likely flat tyre. Called before 9am to tell me the issue and that the tyre had been replaced FOC as the other puncture had been missed. Can't fault that, thanks to all concerned. I'll be back in the future!

Used this garage for 4 years now. Always good service (!) and reliable. Looked after my Motorhome well, correcting a few issues I inherited.
