Have been using HI Q Tyres in Oldbury for many years. I would not take my car anywhere else now. They are always so friendly and helpful at this Branch. Today they replaced my clutch. The clutch repair turned out to be a more challenging job than they had expected. But this did not phase the team. As always they carried out the work to their normal excellent high standard. Highly recommended, professional and trustworthy mechanics.

Been using HiQ Oldbury for many years now. The customer service received is always excellent as any advice given in regard to our family cars. Just had 2 front tyres fitted to my car great job at a competitive price.

Always great service,this is only my 2nd or 3rd visit for my service and MOT so I wouldn't class myself as a regular but they remember me. 1st time I went I'd accidentally booked at the wrong branch and they fitted me in because the next day was the last day I could get my MOT done so they do their best to help.

Any issues I've had with the car that doesn't fail my MOT are always explained clearly without me feeling like an idiot and everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and generally enjoy their job. Definitely recommend.

My car came in for a repair today. The whole process was very fast and easy, from booking it in to picking it up the next morning. Great customer service as well! Highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting attitude of the guy with a ponytail haircut. Dropped my car off for an MOT and the guy tells me about them closing at 12:30 which was fine. Now I was potentially going to be slightly late to pickup so I said worst case scenario I was happy for them to park it up outside as I have a spare key and could pick it up a couple days later. They say no we have to keep it until Monday if you can’t come for 12:30.

Firstly, I don’t see why I can’t just pay the £35 via a bank transfer or something and then they leave the car out with my permission.

However, it’s not even the issue that they won’t do this, it’s this man’s dirty attitude. The guy is happy to be all nice when you arrive but when it comes to collecting and after you’ve committed to paying them, he’ll just be a p**k over the phone and then when you arrive back there.

I ended up asking my dad to go collect it and leave it in another car park, about a 30 second walk away. When he got there with his car, he let them know what he was going to do. He says “we close at 12:30. How are you going to do that in 10 minutes”.

The car park is a minute walk away, of course he’ll manage it in 10 minutes. What a silly thing to say and moan about. Again his tone is a joke and he needs to learn some manners.

When going in and out, etc. they’ve closed the shutters to the point where he had to squeeze out. What is the need and the question is, is this how you run a respectful business.

They were all fine and dandy offering £35 MOT’s when I found them through CompareTheMarket but I will certainly be happier paying another £5 and going elsewhere next year.

If you don’t mind having to deal with a rude little man at this place to save £5-£10 then please go with these guys but otherwise spend a coffee’s worth extra and go to a place where they learned some manners growing up.

A 1* literally for the terrible service. On top of this, I can see someone commented on their rude nature about 6 months back. They clearly haven’t learned any manners since then neither.

Brilliant as always. Been taking my last 3 cars there for a MOT even though I don’t live by there anymore. Gareth and the rest of the team are very trustworthy and friendly.
