I booked an appointment in advance for a specific make of tyre and chose anytime after 12 midday. On arrival I was asked if I was leaving my vehicle or waiting for it. I thought, if I have an appointment then that would suggest I would wait.
However, I was told my four tyres would take about 45 minutes. From the time of the first wheel being taken off the vehicle to me paying the bill was 39 minutes.
I am impressed and very happy with the service I received.

I had traveled down from manchester and my car ran out of oil , I went into this garage and the staff Robert and Matt were really helpful and friendly . They managed to fit me in straight away and filled my oil up. Brilliant service would definitely recommend them. Very professional and honest.

Had a double puncture Monday evening going to work and they were nearby so pulled in. They were about to close but got stuck in so I wasn't late for work. Went back today to get the other 2 tyres done so they match.

As I was driving along the A619 out of nottingham this afternoon, my car alerted me to fact that the pressure in one of my tyres was low. I checked the tyre and found a nail.
I had to travel up the M1 ready for work the next day, so needed it sorted. Two garages turned me away, despite my tyre slowly deflating! I was nearly considering the AA, but HiQ was the third garage I tried and they agreed to help. Thankfully they were able to repair the tyre there and then.
Despite the fact they were busy due to a backlog from Covid-19, and hampered by the very hot weather, they got it sorted promptly and with a smile.

Again, thank you SO much. I will be sure to recommend to friends and family.

Went for an MOT, service was friendly, reliable and quick. Will make this my garage for everything now, special thanks to Matt and Rob who helped with everything.

I work for the NHS and this is a critical time to have my car in this pandemic I find it hard to trust garage when it comes to your car but I have been there once before and they wer honest so going back and being served by Matt I was sure my car was in safe hands Rob done a really good job and I would definitely be going back
