HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Honiton Anmeldelser 

I was told by a different garage that I needed new tyres ASAP. I drove to HiQ hoping they would have some - and despite being incredibly busy they managed to fit me in and provide me with new tyres within a few hours. They were helpful, informative and provided a great service.

Huge thank you to Paul and Matty for fixing my tyre so quickly this morning after having a fight with a pot hole.

I am a NHS Community Support Worker the quick service allowed me to get back to my patients, highly recommended.

We were on holiday in East Devon and suffered severe punctures in two two tyres requiring the vehicle to be recovered and delivered to HiQ in Honiton. Paul May (the manager) was very helpful and understanding and really helped during this difficult period. He sorted us out with two new tyres (fitted by Dave) meaning we could depart our holiday accommodation on time with minimal fuss/delay. I would thoroughly recommend HiQ to anyone in the Honiton (and wider) area.

Had a shocker on the way down to Exeter from London - flat tyre.

The HiQ Honiton guys went out of their way to help get me sorted and back on the road.

I cant thank Paul/Dave and the team, enough for today. I hit a pot hole on my journey over to Honiton and HIQ were able to fit me in for a new tyre, having never used their services before. I was happy to leave my car while the work was being done and do a walk as that was the main reason for going to Honiton. Paul and Henry cheerfully replaced a tyre for us this morning and we only had to wait ten minutes! Brilliant service!

I was on my way to a funeral in Southampton from South Devon.. and I got a warning light regarding my tyres, so I found Hiq in Honiton which was on my way off the A30.
They were extremely busy, but I explained my situation and that I was so desperate to get to my dear friends husbands funeral by 1pm.
Even though they were busy Paul saw my stress and he did everything to get me squeezed in somehow as my tyres were not safe for the journey , ( I had put my car in for a check the Monday before my trip I will be taking this up with the garage concerned).
I was on my way in no time and Paul …I made it to the funeral at 12.59pm ! ☺️😬👍

We were en route home from Exeter airport when we got a tyre pressure warning. A quick inspection revealed a nail in rear, nearside tyre! Just what we needed having had a fab holiday and facing a long journey back to Sussex! An Internet search vectored us on to HiQ in Honition. Paul (Manager) could not have been more helpful. He appreciated our dilemma, rapidly came up with the solution and suggested where we might get some refreshments nearby. In under an hour we were on the way home. Nat (Technician) did a first class job. 👏 Cannot find enough words of praise for this operation. Paul is a true professional and exceptional in all respects; he really deserves recognition from the Company. We'd use nowhere else if we were local! We'll done HiQ Honiton!! You saved the day, many, many thanks 😊. PS They do all sorts of servicing and repairs too!

Cannot fault the team at Honiton. They go out of their way to sort my car problems, normally at very short notice. Always efficient, friendly and economical. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic Service. We were on our way from Kent to Cornwall to attend a funeral. Just outside Honiton we had a tyre problem and visited HIQ for help. We were served by Paul and technician Henry. The problem was rectified within 40 minutes and we were on our way again. They were very busy that day, but pulled out the stops to help us and we were then able to make the funeral.

One of my tyres was so badly vandalised that my tyre repair kit was unable to repair the puncture. I was unable to use the car as I had no spare. After trying various tyre companies who were unable to come out I tried HiQ Tyres and Autocare and was able to arrange a home visit through Paul in the service department. The technician, Tom, came at the time arranged and removed the wheel, took it back to the workshop, fitted a new tyre then returned to refit the wheel, all within an hour. My wife and I were delighted with the courteous service from both Paul and Tom.

First time using branch in Honiton and very impressed with service and helpfulness of Paul Manager and Matty the mechanic . A good price for the tyres and would definitely use them again

This was my first time to use HiQ Honiton and the experience proved to be good. Just one comment - when I have had a service in the past I have been presented with a checklist of the things that were to be done & were done - ticked off by the mechanic - that would have been appreciated as a confidence check that all the items had been carried out as per the website. But thank you again.

This place was a lucky find on our travels. Paul & Matty could not have been more accommodating or helpful when we found ourselves with a gashed tyre mid journey. They squeezed us in to replace it, despite being very busy already. Heroes!

Whilst cleaning the car before a long trip to Yorkshire I found a cut to the side wall of my off side front tyre. I phoned HiQ and spoke to Paul who even late on a Friday afternoon told me to come straight down. He checked the tyre and it definitely needed repairing.
His choice of tyre met my expectations and he handed it over to Henry to carry out the fit. Henry ensured the cleanliness of my car by putting down mats in the foot wells and using a seat cover, having removed the wheel he went off to remove the tyre. During this process there was an almighty bang and after a short period Paul came over with what was left of my tyre as it had blown apart. Who knows what could have happened, hence the title. So after the first class service I received it was off to get a lottery ticket, happy days and many thanks guys, you are know my go to for any tyre related issues.
