Flat Tyre
I noticed my car had a slow puncture when I left the house. I called HiQ who told me to come to the garage and they would be able to replace immediately as they had the tyre in stock.
Customer service was excellent and would definitely highly recommend.

I have been coming to them since I moved to Sussex for work. They are always honest and always provide the best options if the problem is more complex. This is a great garage that are fair and transparent. Special thanks to Aaron and Kerry for all of their assistance.
Even if I had a small problem that requires five minutes attention, they have assisted and fixed without hesitation. Can’t recommend them enough.

Friendly and Honest Service
I only use HiQ for both family cars as their service is always exceptional, and they're honest with their customers. I once asked them to check the tyres on a fleet vehicle that was going back in a few months (to see if I needed to put on new tyres), and they said they would last, and didn't try to upsell me new tyres like many other garages would. Kerry manages a friendly and honest team, and I highly recommend them.

Honest service with no upselling
2nd time I've needed HiQ for tyre help. This time Aaron sent me to a trusted alternative for a wheel weld after diagnosing the problem and not making a charge for his time and then Kerry recommended two tyres to be fitted while I wait on Monday within my budget.
