Called in as tyre pressures were low. They were very busy but offered to check pressures and inflate as necessary. A puncture was found and it was repaired straight away. Customer service was excellent, price good. Thank you.

Made a booking via Blackcircles for new tyres to be fitted as I normally have done and then was contacted by Blackcircles to say selected time unavailable as per HiQ Tyres Brandon garage instructions and I choose a alternative time slot.
On the morning of the fitting was very rudely and abruptly told by HiQ Tyres Brandon that Blackcircles customers are not their priority and are last on the list and are allocated slots as and when they could just be fitted in.
This was a great helpful small garage for many years but guess HiQ Tyres Brandon which was always known locally as ‘Weeting Tyres’ is now not about customer service anymore.
Goodbye HiQ Tyres Brandon (Weeting Tyres) you have lost our families business.

Firstly, I just want to say a big thank you to Rhyden for looking after my mum she was unable to start her car up today and Green Flag came out to help start the car, but she required a new battery. I advised her to try HiQ Tyres & Autocare Brandon.
Rhyden provided a first class customer service by managing to arrange for a new battery to be delivered to HiQ within 5 to 10 minutes of a phone call, and get it fitted within 90 minutes. My mum was expecting to leave her car at HiQ and I would have to go and pick her up and return the following day. My mum was really happy with the service and your reassurance was just what she needed she will be using them again. They are always really friendly, helpful, polite, and will do their best to solve the problem.
Paul and Jason provided a brilliant service I contacted Paul with my problem, who sent Jason out to me when I had a tyre burst, due to a pot hole, whilst I was working in Cambridge this saved me the stress of looking for a nearby garage who may not have been able to fit me in for a few days.

Technician Mark was Very helpful in finding why both the rear tyres on my car kept loosing air.
Replaced valve on one tyre and resealed the other.

The kindness and care these guys show their customers is outstanding. I have a 20-year-old Volvo and - as a woman - I often get fobbed off by garages. Rhyden and Will were so helpful (when they couldn't fix the problem at first they recommended somewhere that could and even booked me an appointment - and loaned me a tyre compressor in case I needed it to get there) When they finally replaced my tyre they were happy to let my (delighted) toddler watch and also didn't charge me at all for their time - just for the tyre. And didn't even sell me the most expensive tyre.
Whilst I was waiting in reception I overheard lots of courtesy calls ("Hey Mr X we fitted your tyre last week, just checking in", "Hey Mrs X, are you calling about your MOT? Do you need a hire car?" etc)
These guys are epic. Customer service beyond belief.

Rhyden on the reception desk, and Mark who fitted the tyres were very helpful and professional.

Overall great experience, very friendly and helpful staff always willing to explain the issue and fix it.

Dominic and rhyden were both very friendly and accommodating which is always a bonus to receive a warm welcome .

Dominic was very knowledgeable and experienced in the trade, he showed me which part of my exhaust was faulty and advised me straight away what I needed. He worked out a price and I returned the next day . The work was done without delay by Will.

Whilst talking, I discovered apart from tyres and exhausts, they also do MOT’s. Due to the excellent service I’ve received so far, I will definitely use them for my next MOT.

I brought in my Audi A1 to have the NSR tyre repaired (if possible) or replaced. The service was quick, and it was determined to be damage to the sidewall from a pothole which required a replacement. I left work in Mildenhall at 1045 hours and was back at work by 1215 hours. The service experience was very professional. I was served by Rhyden, and the Technician was Mark. Great job guys. Very good service from Rhyden, Mark and Will at the Brandon site. Rhyden gave me clear advice about my tyre needs and options. Good price quoted and tyres ordered and fitted within 24 hours. Can't fault it.

HiQ tyres in Brandon were great. Got me in for an MOT really quick. Got me replacement parts on the spot and installed in less then 30 mins. Everything was very affordable and the Rhyden and Will were both really nice and professional. Will definitely be making them my usual spot.

I have been coming to Brandon since 2017 and it remains my go to place. The work is done professionally and to a high standard. Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend HiQ Brandon. Mark fitted 4 tyres and corrected some minor issues with the vehicle and Rhyden was friendly and knowledgeable when serving me. Very quick and great results.

I visited Brandon HiQ Tyres and Autocare after my rear tyre blew. I had used them previously to have all 4 tyres changed and had been really pleased with the service and value. They were excellent at fitting me in with a day and time that suited me. When I arrived, I was greeted so wonderfully by Dominic and even remembered from the previous time I had visited - a genuine personal touch! Rhyden explained perfectly how my tyre had blown and was apologetic when telling me that it couldn't be repaired - he really didn't need to apologise! Rhyden was wonderful at ordering in the tyre I needed at my price point and Jason had it ready to go when I arrived the next day. Overall, incredibly lovely professional people who provided an excellent service and sorted my problem out quickly. I'm so pleased with their service and feel valued as a customer that I look forward to using them for future MOTs and autocare, not just tyres.
