HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Bicester Anmeldelser 

I think this is the 4th time I've used HiQ Bicester for tyres, and received great service like before. This time I needed 5 tyres that I'd bought elsewhere for my classic car fitted to the wheels. Shane did a great job, listened to what I wanted, was really careful about the fitting, got the balance spot on, and I can't fault it at all. (And I'm quite fussy about work on cars - when I've had tyres fitted elsewhere I'm often not happy about something they've done).
Wouldn't hesitate to use HiQ again - they're now my go-to place for tyres in Bicester.

HiQ we're great, they came out to fit a tyre very quickly. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely use them again. Shane came out to fit the tyre and was great.

Went back to HiQ for another two tyres on my partners Volvo XC40, and once again the experience was spot on.

Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and even a free coffee while you wait - can’t really ask for more than that. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, with no hassle at all.

Really impressed with the consistency of service. Highly recommended if you want things done properly and without the usual stress.

Although they're not my nearest garage I decided to take a punt on HIQ Tyres & Autocare based in Bicester. My decision was due to the shear amount of rave reviews I realised they had received after my extensive research. I wanted them to check and adjust my wheel alignment. On my arrival I was greeted by Sam The owner and Paul his front of house right hand man They couldn't be more polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Grant the technician who worked on my car did so with extreme care and attention to detail. I was there longer than expected as he was checking and double checking his work and making sure that other checks I had asked for were done properly. I was also able to watch Grant work on my car. I have never known a garage with this level of customer care, expertise and transparency. This shows the confidence they have in their ability on all fronts. This also instilled me with massive confidence and the knowledge nothing was left unturned in their quest for maximum customer satisfaction. They are without doubt the best garage I've ever been too and will now be my first port of call in future as they provide many other services All of their technicians work as Grant did as this is their way. When they say they put the customer first they mean it Not like most who only pay lip service to it. Check them out. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Phoned the Bicester branch yesterday as I had a puncture - they came today to fix it and Shane went above and beyond to collect my keys and fix my car which was left at my daughters - I cannot thank you enough. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I used the mobile tyre fitting service, Sam arrived on the day promised, found a crack in my wheel, pointed it out to me and advised me on a great repair shop, it is not the first time I have had on the drive tyres fitted but it was the first time the tyre fitter used the torque wrench to tighten the wheel correctly.
I will definitely use again.

follow up from previous review, would like to say all sorted.. First class service from Sam / Paul resolved issues with 4 tyres.

Staff friendly and helpful, however did not have the right valve in stock for the aircon regas, so gas all lost again and I had to rebook after hot holiday. Total cost ended up much more than advertised on the web.
Not impressed, will not be returning in a hurry.

Been taking my cars to HiQ Bicester since they opened. Never had an issue and they're one of the few places I trust to work on my cars. Sam's always attentive on the phone and very polite. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic service can't fault them wait

I purchased my tyres from eTyres online and chose HIQ Bicester as the fitters. I was given a slot at 12.00 on 19 Nov. I arrived in time and left the keys. I returned at 12.45 expecting not to have to wait too long. When I got there, my car had not even been started. The guy behind the desk gave no apology or excuse but said it would be started soon. I did not leave there until 14.20! Not once was an apology given and every time I asked on the progress I was treated with distain, they could not have cared less. I will never use them again, nor eTyres for that matter, and I would advise anyone else to swerve this dreadful company.

I was greeted by an incredibly polite gentleman when walking into hiQ who communicated very well with me about everything that was going to happen with my car. They were honest and upfront about the costs with no hidden surprise added costs at the end (which I have experienced with other garages). There is no doubt in my mind that I would trust hiQ whenever my car needs any future work or for its next MOT.

Very impressed with Sam and his team..I had a puncture on my van tyre that was fixed immediately without an appointment..I have been back for an MOT also the wife had her car MOT done there... excellent customer service from start to finish.. thanks

Absolutely first class service. Polite, friendly and informative staff who make you feel a valued customer. Offered extra help to an elderly gentleman while I was waiting for my car just because he was struggling with an issue. I would highly recommend HiQ Bicester, they will not rip you off.

The garage served me as I wanted

I needed a tyre for my car so I rang HIQ and spoke to Sam, he was absolutely brilliant, and very patient with me being so clueless! He ordered the tyre I required and had it there the same afternoon for me to collect.
Amazing service, very professional and I would highly recommend HIQ Bicester.

Visited HiQ for brake fluid change last week and very pleased with staff very friendly and helpful and competively priced .Also did a free health check on my car and advised needed some new tyres,Paul the manager gave me quotes for tyres and recommended some for my vehicle .very competitive pricing so booked in for 3 New tyres .All done on time and to my satisfaction great team of guys, would highly recommend

I was sceptsble at first being a chain of garages but looking st the reviews I gave the new Bicester garage a chance. Glad I did Sam was great from start to finish. Very friendly on the phone from our first conversation on the phone he was very chearful and helpful to get car in for a service and mot. Even though it need need brake pads and dics to pass he fitted this on the same day and rang back at the time he promised to let me know it was ready for collection. Very good chap and we even had a good conversation when I collected it and is very genuine guy. Will definitely be using them for all my car needs
