I spotted i had a flat late on Thurs night. Identified it was a puncture and new tyre needed. A quick google led me to HiQ Banbury who had the exact tyre i was looking for a the best price locally, it was in stock and there was a fitting slot available the following day. Becky was running the show on her own acting as both manager and technician. she promptly sorted my tyre out. She delivered excellent customer experience. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable as i fired my car related questions to her. Gave me some great info on setting torque if i need to change a wheel myself, and info on DPF's. A truly excellent and efficient experience. Whilst having a puncture on a tyre that had seen not too many miles is a pain in the a$$, i wouldn't have stumbled across Becky and HiQ if it hadn't happened. I'm definitely a convert now and will be using Becky & HiQ for servicing and tyres in the future. I will also be recommending to friends and family. Becky is a credit to the business.

Had my car MOT’d here on Saturday by Becky,I arrived at my allotted time and my car was taken straight in. The place was very clean and tidy, my car was finished in a timely manner, Becky was super friendly and helpful pointing out the advisory’s. When I came to pay Nigel was very polite and had my bill ready so no waiting about!a great experience will definitely be back for Tyres and anything else! Great service from start to finish!!!

I recently had 4new tyres fitted at hi q. I returned a few days later thinking I had a problem. I did but not with the fitting. I had picked up a puncture !! From beginning to end the service I received from Rebecca was second to none. She was efficient, kind and courteous. Thank you.

What fabulous five star service I received during my visit. As a female and very sceptical of garages, I was put totally at ease by Beck the technician and Nigel. Both were very efficient and professional. So please I found such a wonderful place to visit now with my car. I will certainly be returning.

Even though they wasn't able to do the MOT in house, Becki was very welcoming and that is every different to other garages as a personal touches are coming back.
Becki explained that the MOT was going to be done off site while there bay was being installed.
Becki drove my car to the MOT centre and collected it even though the MOT was done off site, the customer attention and politeness was very high.
I have not worries about returning for a service etc in future and I have recommended them to others already.
The only draw back I can think of was the customer parking is limited.
