2) Geen verzendingskosten naar België doordat de prijs hoger lag dan 50 euro
3) Leveringstijd was welgeteld nog geen 24h
4) emails werden onmiddellijk beantwoord ( zelfs s'avonds )
5) Verkregen product was top en mooi ingepakt
Kortom een prettige ervaring , indien pinballshop het product in zijn gamma heeft zullen ze mij als vaste klant hebben want al veel negatieve ervaringen gehad met andere shops .

Recommended modding shop

Bought some Koolance stuff, along with two Pumps which were advertised as 3 pin powered on the product page, they came with Molex power supply instead.
I reported by email the error committed and they offered to give on my next order two adapters, so basically I had to pay international shipping if I wanted the adapters.

The adapters they offered weren't even the ones recommended by the manufacturer so what I did was basically pay the correct adapters and shipping.

Errors in advertising what's sold should be fixed free of charge.

Shipping is fast and top notch but this left some bitter in my experience, especially knowing that it wasn't my fault.

Site has become very clear since the upgrade. Products are easy to find, especially the "search" option works very well.

I had done several days about an order, because you can store your order in a shoppingbasket and use it later on, adding/deleting products and finally pay for it.

As from € 150.00 and up, the shipping costs are free, but only with DPD or GLS, did didn't make any use of them given the poor experience with both couriers, plus they do not deliver on Saturdays, so I chose for PostNL. Gotta say that shipping costs with PostNL are quite high, but in my case I want my products to arrive 1 one piece.

Payment options are greate, iDeal / CC is an option, as well as PayPal, bank transfer and Bitcoin.
Right after the payment you will almost immediately receive an email regarding your order, and an overview of all the items your ordered
I paid for my order by bank transfer, it was almost 16.00h, if you're unlucky it takes a while for the banks to send money to other accounts. But this time the payment was received almost ammediately, becuase I received an email bout my order, which was shipped...and that within just 1 hour.

Package arrived within the prescribed time: ordered and paid for 16.ooh, next day delivery! Job well done Highflow!
Delivery was just fine, good sturdy box and well taped to lcose it. However, one item wasn't in stock, so it's in backorder and will be shipped to me for free when it's back in stock again.

Customer service

There was was a 1 fitting which was oval. Sent them an email with a photo of it and received an email back within 2-minutes. I could send it back and with free shippingcost ..... But because it was after 17h and I had no time to send it, I wanted to do this the next day.
Next day I received an email that they emailed the manufacturer and I was allowed to keep the fitting and that they would send a new one for free. Great service!

I found this shop while looking for sleeved cables for my PSU in march 2015, while browsing their catalogue I found that was, and still is, one of the largest catalogue I've ever seen, few can compete with them in Europe. Also, their restock times is just spot on.
A bit later I stared with PC mods and I had few troubles ordering all the items I needed together in one order, because I kept on forgetting to add certain items or because I was changing idea on what was needed to do what I wanted.
They helped me a lot, with quick e-mail answers (sometimes even instant answers, as they were in chat with me), and they were always able to change the composition of the order and ship the same day, marvelous.
Another point I would give to them is how polite and patient they were every time I asked a question or I changed my mind for an order, not everyone does that.
I also received small gift for big orders :) another plus point that shows they care.
After another big order, I was also asked to put my build log on their forum and to share the pictures, which I would consider a tangible clue that they truly care about the PC modding community.
With the time, I saw the site grow quite a lot, and now the new site works really well; the one they had before was a bit laggy and sometimes it was not able to proper show the item searched.
Another thing I like is that now they offer a new service for laser-cut, bend and engraving.
One last thing I'd like to point out is the point system for each item, it truly rewards fidelity and after a while it sums up to a huge discount.

I went to shops looking for fans for my new custom case and a shop owner told me that they were out of stock but usually buy at highflow and I went to check it out. I bought a few goodies for my pc way more than I planned but they have great products at a fantastic price, I received them neatly packed, on time and they even sent me a lollypop xD I love this shop and even advised my friends to buy here, actually I have a friend placing a order this week😬 I did the research on shops so you don't have to #highflow for life.

Found some rare parts for a custom watercooling-setup in this treasurechest of a webshop, got some competent advice via swift emails and had the parts along with some sweet gummibears in the mailbox next week! My unconditional recommendation!

As the tital says, amazing service and respond time and very helpful in every way :). I'v used tusinds and tusinds of euro here and its just the place to buy watercooling and everything els they have :)

kwam ik al gauw op Highflow wel even snel op tweakers gekeken of de Highflow wel oke was
en toen wat spullen besteld en dit jaar 7-10-2016 heb ik een starter liquid cooling kit gekocht van ekwb
en heb toen voor de performance 280 gekozen heb de handleiding goed door genomen en ben toen over gegaan naar het
inbouwen van de cooling kit het was zo klaar dat ik het gewoon jammer vond dat ik al klaar was met het inbouwen en na de lek test van 24 uur intelburn test gedaan bleef mijn intel i5-6600k temp onder de 40 graden
zou ik Highflow aan iemand anders aan bevelen ja
je heb een goede over zicht van alle producten en goede info en als je vragen hebt kan je bellen of mailen of je gaat even snel naar forum.highflow.nl voor je vragen of tips wat wil je nog meer

Ik bestel vaak mijn computer onderdelen bij Highflow en dat gaat altijd perfect zowel opsturen als ophalen gaat goed. Heb ook nooit meegemaakt dat iets niet goed was of niet werkte. En het is altijd goed verpakt.
De site is overzichtelijk en duidelijk,dus ga zo door Highflow.

I bought some extention cables from Cablemod.

Payment went smooth.
Delivery was ok, ordered on friday got it on tuesday.
Good packaging, they threw in some discount folders but the thing I was kind of suprised to find was a lollypop xD.
It was nice of them to throw that in!

- Shipping is very slow. Should not take one month to ship from Holland to Norway, as they are not far apart.

Having used Highflow many times in the last year, I have nothing but the highest praise for them.

They stock a very large selection of PC parts, even if they don't actually stock the items you want, you can request it and they'll add to the store and order it in for you.

Their prices are good, the service is excellent - I've pestered them several times via email and they are very prompt and you also have the choice of Parcelforce or DPD for delivery.
