Quality well made pillbox hat. I ordered an extra hat box by mistake and was contacted by the company to double check and reimbursed for my error. That’s great customer service

Om Hicks & Brown
Skrevet af virksomheden
Welcome to Hicks & Brown, we are an independent hat brand founded by two sisters, Alice & Rosie. We combine British heritage with contemporary style to design high quality ladies and mens hats that can be worn throughout the seasons and for many years to come. Our unique styles are as at home in the city as they are in the country and can be worn for special days and for every day. Customers often tell us that they buy our hats for the pure joy of they bring.
Over time, our range has expanded to include year-round fedoras, summer fedoras and formal hats, as well as Baker Boy caps that can be worn by men and women. And our colour palette ranges from sophisticated neutrals to uplifting brights. Throughout it all, our customers have been a huge part of the journey, with their invaluable feedback and the unique ways they wear Hicks & Brown. Today, our hats are sold in stores across the UK and USA, but our philosophy remains the same. We’re an independent brand with a focus on high quality products and giving customers the best possible service. Alice & Rosie x

The ordering process was easy
The ordering process was easy. The product is lovely and high quality. I only gave 4 stars because the hat box that my hat was stored in for shipping in the shipping box was torn in several places as though it had been used previously by another customer? Not sure. But I’d love a new box that is in perfect condition to store my beautiful hat in.

Great Hat Clip, Rapid Delivery but…
Rapid delivery of items. The hat clip is great; a very handy accessory when you don’t want to wear the hat so you don’t lose the hat or have to carry it. Several asked where my husband where he got the clip from.
Point lost as the hat risers (although good quality) are way too thick to put under the ribbon on the inside of the hat, so they couldn’t be used. Fortunately I had bought some from another hat company.

Thank you for your review of our Hat Clip, we are delighted to hear you were so happy with the speedy delivery and secure packaging
Beautifully crafted hat, stunning
Beautifully crafted hat, i wear a circumference 61cm (XL for ladies) which is hard to find! It was wonderful receiving a beautiful feminine hat that fits me so well. Its difficult being an outsize but for once I felt like i was being catered for .
The customer service was amazing and very proactive in helping me with my extra queries. I also bought a hat holder that secures your wide-brimmed hat to your handbag for when you don't want to keep wearing. Looks so luxurious.
Order was delivered super quick too. WIll most definitely recommend!
