Welcome to Hicks & Brown, we are an independent hat brand founded by two sisters, Alice & Rosie. We combine British heritage with contemporary style to design high quality ladies and mens hats that can be worn throughout the seasons and for many years to come. Our unique styles are as at home in the city as they are in the country and can be worn for special days and for every day. Customers often tell us that they buy our hats for the pure joy of they bring.
Over time, our range has expanded to include year-round fedoras, summer fedoras and formal hats, as well as Baker Boy caps that can be worn by men and women. And our colour palette ranges from sophisticated neutrals to uplifting brights. Throughout it all, our customers have been a huge part of the journey, with their invaluable feedback and the unique ways they wear Hicks & Brown. Today, our hats are sold in stores across the UK and USA, but our philosophy remains the same. My hat came squashed I have sent two emails and pictures but haven’t received anything from you at tge moment.so very disappointing as I need this hat to go away on holiday..
I would love ke to add to this message by saying that Hicks Brown customer service team have been in touch with today and they are sending me out a replacement Hat,so hopefully the new one will be better handled through the post ,but I would like to thank them for there prompt response in dealing with this issue,I would definitely buy from them in the future.

Beautiful pieces
Bought a lovely cap at and regretted not getting the silk scarf I admired, so ordered it a few days later.
Came super fast and is gorgeous. Can’t wait for the hot weather to drop so I can start wearing these pieces.

Easy to use website.I love hats however…
Easy to use website.I love hats however always found it difficult getting the correct size.I came across this site which actually did different sizes and thought I would give it a try and treat myself.
I found a style in the sale which was affordable to me personally.
The hat arrived in a slighty battered box,the hat is absolutely beautiful,well made, colour is stunning !!
The fit is a snug fit, I did consider if should order the next size up but it was not available, however I have decided to keep it as I love the hat so much !!
Will definitely be coming back again.

Gorgeous and Classy Hat. I was a bit hesitant to buy it, but the hat-loving voice in my head convinced me to get it. I LOVE IT!!! I love the quality of Hick and Brown products - this is my fifth hat. I already have my eyes on another product.

However the delivery company didn't ring the bell and just threw the box over 6ft gates even though it said fragile clearly on the box which was damaged , fortunately hat survived

Heavenly item and excellent service
Item arrived today. Initial DPD delivery issue but Hicks & Brown sorted immediately. The most gorgeous scarf arrived today in a beautifully soft little bag. The item feels gorgeous and looks superb. The green colour with the pink accent will compliment most of my wardrobe. I love it and will definitely order from this company again.

Lovely quality Fedora
Delivery was in 4 days (during a Bank Holiday). Hat was protected in a large box. Very pleased with the quality of the straw fedora hat I purchased and would not hesitate to purchase further from Hicks & Brown. Thank you.
