After having an amazing kitchen renovation carried out by HHI in March last year we did not hesitate to return to them when we decided on a new bathroom. We went to HHI Bangor were Emily in sales was friendly, helpful & very experienced in bathroom sales. After great guidance & advice from Emily our new bathroom was designed with installation taking place in May. Once again the HHI tradesmen were terrific. They were very clean, tidy & their work is completed to the highest standard. We received another first class service from HHI & we would not hesitate to return again in the future & we would highly recommend! Thank you!

We got a complete new bathroom from HHI Castlreagh.
Gareth helped me with all the questions I had about showers, flooring , wall panel etc He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
They have a great team of plumbers, electricians, fitters that done a fantastic job. I could not fault them in any way. They were very efficient, tidy and I absolutely love my new bathroom.

Evey Contractor was top quality and took pride in there work. Not only was the job finished to a high degree, they kept the work area clean with minimal effect on the rest of the house.

I would like to pay particular attention to the quality of the Plastering and how professional the Plasterer was, he completely transformed the walls and fixed particular bug bears I hand around the kitchen doors.

We recently engaged HHI to replace our showers and install tiling in both our bathroom and ensuite. Despite a waiting list, the communication throughout the process was impeccable. The work was executed swiftly and meticulously, with excellent results. The team’s responsiveness in addressing any concerns left us thoroughly satisfied with their customer service. Special kudos to Donna and Nigel for their exceptional assistance.

All very efficient and organised.Staff excellent as were tradespeople.

Absolutely horrible customer service. throughout the whole process, VERY poor communication skills. The Sales person was ALWAYS off everytime with no one else to tell me what was going on throughout the whole time of the job. Was told at the beginning my job will be done in March and it ONLY just got completed end of April, beginning of May. Manager from the Branch was very rude too, alongside with sub contractors gossiping about me whilst I was literally next door in my own house. I highly don't recommend this company and will NOT be giving my business to them again

The staff at HHI were excellent right from the outset with top class Gareth at Castlereagh right through to job completion by Dermot , Stephen , Jimmy & Andrew. Standard of customer service and workmanship was excellent .

From entering HHI we met Jen who was very knowledgeable and patient whilst we decided what we wanted our new kitchen to look like . If we needed to ask anything concerning kitchen Jen was always willing and quick with answers.We were blown away with the workmanship when finished. We would highly recommend HHI, Jen ,David and all the tradesmen involved in giving us our beautiful new kitchen . In fact HHI are coming to do our new bathroom in a couple of weeks .

Absolutley super job, top quality materials and super tradesmen. All done in 5 days with no mess. Couldn't recommend more highly.

With regard to a recent disparaging comment I recently submitted, I would like to tone it down a little due to further contact from HHI, today I received a call from them assuring me that they will send someone down to me regarding the cause of the leak from the bathroom pipe system, I was inspired as to the tone from the caller which was casual and informative, so they are trying to secure the reason for the leak, so I will wait until an outcome is secured

We had a totally new ensuite designed and fitted including new flooring, wall panels and ceiling. Michael who helped us pick a great design is very friendly and knowledgeable. All the fitters did a great job friendly and tidy workers. Prices are competitive and the choice they have at the showroom in Lisburn is great.

One of the most professional companies i have dealt with. From initial contact through design and installation, HHI provided guidance and assistance at every step. HHI are a complete 'one stop shop' and their tradesmen are the epitome of professionalism. I would highly recommend HHI to anyone and they will be my first (and most likely, only) call for my next project.

We recently had 3 external doors removed and new modern replacements installed by HHI. From our first chat with Alan to browse and place our order, to Derek taking measurements and then fitting and installation by Stephen, we have been so impressed. Communication from Abbi and Donna at the office was prompt and kept us regularly up to date. I would highly recommend HHI for anyone considering new doors and wanting a local, professional company.

Big thanks to Gareth for coming out to the house in January for getting me sorted out with designs and picking the front and rear door's. Big thanks to Derek for measuring up the door's and making sure everything was OK and no problems ahead of fitting. Really big thanks to Ken for fitting the front and rear door and running through how to look after and clean the door's also to make sure he cleaned up after himself everything was cleaned up nice and tidy. Big thanks to John for looking after me and working around me for the fitment of the door's on my time off work. Well pleased with everything from from the guys and the staff of HHI Lisburn branch. Next thing from the company is Windows throughout the house as I'm well impressed with the quality of the products and the staff.

Just a wee note to say thank you soooo very much to all the team. To say my mum is delighted with her new bathroom is an understatement!
Such a professional and more importantly compassionate, considerate and kind group of guys you have.
From the very start with the lovely Nicole on consultation to the workers, Jimmy, Gerald and not forgetting Gary who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for Mum. Workers like these who turn up on time and complete a fantastic job to boot are alas hard to find nowadays. So please pass on our thanks to the guys.

Had a new front door supplied and fitted by HHI Lisburn today, I have to say from initial contact with Gareth through to updates from John and finally fitted by Ken I can't fault them, my experience has been first class and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them many thanks

Had a new Kitchen fitted a month ago through HHI in Bangor great service from the designing to fitting of kitchen ! All the working crew involved were fantastic 👏

I recently had a new composite door +2side panels fitted by HHI Lisburn. The process was straight forward & time from deposit to doors installation was approx 5 weeks.
(Another company gave a wait time of20-25wks!)
Ken, the door installer, was meticulous in his work. It was evident that Ken was experienced & a true professional.
After the installation the hallway was left spotless.
I am delighted with the new door. A huge improvement in heat retention & a new secure locking system.
I would definitely recommend HHI. All the team, Gareth who did the initial consult, Derek who did the survey pre installation, Ken who installed the door, Lillian & John at the showroom were so pleasant to deal with.

HHI supplied and fitted a dry fit kitchen into our recently renovated home. From start to finish the entire process was hassle free and painless, Jen in the Lisburn branch was able to bring my wifes ideas to reality providing guidance and working hard to fit everything we wanted into a relatively small space. The fitters themselves were exceptional, Marks attention to detail and skill were evident throughout and we can honestly say of all the tradespeople we have worked with over this last few months the HHI team were, by far, the most reliable, caring and professional. Despite us providing our own plumber and electrician who were already doing extensive work inside the property, HHI were able to seamlessly integrate with those trades and make everything work, the survey they carried out pre fit was key to making this process work providing detailed drawings and specifications for our use. After care was second to none with Tracy immediately addressing any small issues that arose and arranging for them to be rectified immediately, they even went above and beyond when we had a mishap with a newly fitted sink, supplying their fitters to rectify to the same high standard. All in all a great experience from start to finish, would definitely reccomend.
