Would not use or recommend Ekco after our experience with them for bifold doors and windows. We experienced multiple problems during the installation (including doors arriving with no glass) but the most concerning was the damage that the window fitters caused to our heat pump. After some back and forth, Ekco kindly agreed to waive the remaining balance as a goodwill gesture, and we were advised that accepting this gesture would not impact any payment required to fix the heat pump. We paid £100 via our heat pump company to fix the heat pump, and when we asked for Ekco to cover the fee, was advised that our request had been ‘met on deaf ears’. To finalise our complaint, I asked for a director to contact me to discuss the outstanding £100 as well as any lessons learned from our installation given the volume of mistakes. I waited three weeks for a phone call. When I was called, the tone I was met with was aggressive and did not help to resolve the issue. The windows and doors themselves are great, but it’s a shame the customer service in these instances is so poor.

Excellent service from start to finish. The communication was first class and every person we came into contact with could not have been any more helpful. From ordering the doors, accommodating to the timeline required, Callum was great, as were the two guys who fitted the doors,

The doors themselves are exactly what we wanted and more.

Had to put this post here as bought some beautiful bi-fold doors about 6-7 years ago and our new puppy ate two of the seals at the weekend.

I wrote to Ecko to explain the situation and they immediately said it was all under warranty and they’d order them asap and no charge.

The customer service when buying them was first class, but their after care (7 years after care!) is equally as brilliant.

Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Had Wolfline Aluclad windows fitted by the Ekco team. Due to a manufacturing delay we did have to wait longer than originally anticipated however the quality of the product and the professionalism of the install team have been first class.

Extremely please with the service from start to finish. The sales team quickly provided a quote and the install date was stuck to.

The actual installation went very smoothly with courteous fitters who cleaned up entirely after themselves. The replacement patio door glass looks as good as the original - would highly recommend!

Lovely Hollie designed our new bathroom which was exactly what we were looking for. We are delighted with the look, finishes, daily communication, friendlessness and professionalism showed with our private home.

My husband has OCD and felt he would struggle with the 1 week upheavel.

Matt & Lewis were outstanding throughout, along with Christof tiler, Jake painter, the funny electrian and of course Joe with the morning text of update of start time. Also chatty chap uplifting all the rubbish daily.

We debated paying that bit extra instead of organizing our own tradesman, but 100% worth every penny.

We live in Winchburgh and like to support local business, would highly recomend.

We’ve just had a brand new kitchen fitted by Ekco, and we couldn’t be more delighted with the result. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. Kaitlyn was fantastic—she really took the time to understand what we wanted and created a design that suited our needs perfectly.

Gary, the joiner, along with his team of tradesmen, were equally impressive. They were punctual, professional, and kept everything running smoothly, completing the work right on schedule.

This kitchen replaces one that Ekco originally installed for us 20 years ago, and we’re so pleased we chose them again. The quality and service have once again exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We used EKCO now for the 3rd time for bathroom installations. Holly Kerr designed our bathroom this time and we love it. Great use of space for a small room. The fitters were a knowledgeable team and completed on time. We felt well taken care of. Vida and Olaf - Edinburgh.

Katie Morrison managed our large-scale kitchen renovation, along with the installation of bespoke sliding doors and a high-spec front door. These were complex projects involving intricate detailing, careful planning, and precise execution throughout.

Katie demonstrated an excellent work ethic and was consistently helpful, approachable, and responsive at every stage of the process. Her professionalism and attention to detail made a real difference in ensuring everything ran smoothly.

We recently had our bathroom designed and installed by EKCO, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Hollie did a fantastic job with the design — she really listened to what we wanted and came up with a layout and style that works perfectly for our space. The installation team, both named Neil, were brilliant. They were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Throughout the project they kept things tidy, communicated well, and made the whole process feel smooth and well managed.
As with any renovation project, there were a few things along the way that didn’t go exactly to plan, but what really stood out was how solution-focused the team were. Any issues were handled promptly and professionally, and they even came back to resolve small fixes without hesitation.

The whole end to end experience from EKCO was fantastic from the excellent design of our new kitchen by Kaitlyn, who designed a unique and bespoke kitchen, based on our requirements, to the installation and excellent management of the project on the ground. The quality of the units, appliances and workmanship was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. This was backed up by excellent communication at all times from the EKCO office team. We are delighted with our new kitchen and the whole EKCO experience!

Having recently undergone a Bathroom installation with EKCO, I can honestly say the company operates like a well-oiled machine, even down to the colour-coded work schedule. The bathroom fitters, the two Neil’s, were polite, professional and always arrived on time. With special thanks to Hollie Kerr, the designer, who has the patience of a Saint, when faced with more than a few changes to the original bathroom design; her knowledge/guidance through the minefield of products was of great assistance to me. Found this company after a lot of online searching and research. In their showroom, I was a 'kid in a candy store' as they had everything for those renovating their homes.

I must admit to being sceptical as the sales pitch and demo of their available products was very slick and every time I asked something, the reply was "Oh yeah, we've got..." or "No problem, we do...".

However, a friend used this company for her kitchen and attested to their product and service so we went with them to replace our wooden patio bi-fold doors with aluminium framed sliding doors.

Brian and his apprentice, Louis, came out. We got notification when they were 30 mins away by checking a link texted to us which I thought was excellent! (How many times have people wondered when their tradesmen will arrive?).

Brian checked my existing bi-fold doors and sought guidance on a timber joist he'd seen which he thought may be supporting the lintel.

Despite having to cut the interior plasterboard to check the frame (something I suggested and 'authorised') which I'll have to patch up, I was very impressed Brian didn't go straight in and rip out the existing doors but took his time to inspect and make sure the planned installation was safe to go ahead.

Louis then laid out protection for the interior floor and they both cracked on. Brian came back to us later to confirm exactly how/where the doors were going to be installed within the available space.

They, also, put in small trims and face plates which were sealed in gave the whole thing a neat finish.

Brian finished off by going through the instructions of use and care and confirming we were happy before they tidied up (and completed the requisite paperwork) and headed away.

Ekco are not cheap but, considering the quality product and their excellent service, I think I got good value for money and will definitely use them for any future home improvement projects.
