Horrible service.
No one to talk to. All small minded and lazy.

They make sure the customer is always unhappy. Pick a spot for a drop off, and they will drop it off elswhere, in a shop that open for 3 hours a day, during working hours.

Customer service is horrible, only have an auto reply bot that does not help.

DO NOT USE. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. There is no way to contact them. No phone, no WhatsApp, no nothing. They only have a mail address with an auto reply

Horrible service. No one talk to you, just a useless whatsapp bot that blocks you from taking to a real person who might be more helpful. Email is available but just as unhelpful. They said they'll get back to me, no one did.
A problem that could have been solved easily, became a nightmare (and still is).
So frustrating to deal with them

worst delivery company , sending items far away where ever they want , no customer service, no answering to emails or have any phone number, only bot whatsapp. I wish they gone so they send me using another service . I even paid for shipping and I get this bad company.

The worse delivery company in the country (and I have experience with delivery companies).
My wife and I calculated some stats on packages delivered (or not delivered) by HFD and it ended up being precisely 50%. That is, in half of the cases the package never arrived.

But the worse part is the customer service: whenever a package is delayed, the status updates to indicate that "there was no room in the drop-off location, the package will be redistributed tomorrow". But this is a sham status, a false update meant to protect themselves from complaints. There is no such thing as no room at drop-off locations. And the representatives (available only on WhatsApp, not on phone or email) won't assist you.
One star is too much for them. Piece of crap.

שירות ברמה הגרועה ביותר שיש.
הזמנתי חבילה, היא הגיעה לנקודת איסוף מסויימת.
הגעתי לנקודת האיסוף בשעות המצויינות כשעות הפעילות, אמנם לא היה אף
אחד בנקודה.
התקשרתי לטלפון שהיה על דלת הנקודה, נאמר לי שעוד 10 דקות יגיע מישהו.
איתי חיכו עוד כמה אנשים. חיכיתי 15 דקות ולא הגיע אף אחד.
החלטתי לבקש ל

שתשלח את החבילה לנקודה אחרת.
עברו לא מעט ימים, כי לשלוח לנקודה אחרת זה תהליך מסובך וקשה מאוד מסתבר.
בסופו של דבר, נמסר לי שהחבילה אבדה ושצריך עוד 5 ימי עסקים למצוא אותה.
לאחר שלא הצליחו למצוא אותה, ביקשו ממני לשלוח להם את פרטי החבילה כדי להודיע לספק שהחבילה נאבדה, על מנת שיזכה אותי.
כלומר - לא מספיק שטרטרו אותי ובזבזו לי את הזמן, עכשיו אני צריך גם לתת להם פרטים שהם אמורים לדעת בעצמם - הם המפיצים - ועכשיו אני צריך שוב לבזבז זמן.
אמרתי להם שאני לא מתכוון לבזבז עוד דקה מהחיים שלי, אבל הם טענו שאי אפשר להודיע לספק שהחבילה אבדה אם לא אתן להם את הפרטים.
בקיצור, שומר נפשו ירחק, חברה ברמה הנמוכה ביותר שיש.

They choose which part of the city the delivery will come to. I’ve changed it 10 times. The point that each parcel is going to the place that is 45min from me even if i have 3 places 10meters from home that I’ve set as preferable 10 times, but still as it is company of 18 century (based on level of the job) so it is strange that they don’t use the pigeons…

One of the worst delivery companies eveeeeeer!!! You can't call them, and you never get to anyone. They don't stick to the estimated date of delivery they keep saying it's on the way but it takes 3 days!! Haven't received my package yet. They don't even deserve a 1 star

Package sent to a remote location

The worst delivery, customer experience a company could provide. HFD is the lowest underground company with the worst delivery workers.
First it is impossible to contact them on the phone.
2nd, i had situations with very unrespectful delivery worker. He requested from me to go down in the street to take my delivery... as far as i know this a delivery service that provides packages to your front doors and not in the street.
Very desapointed
If you can choose delivery company, do not choose this one to avoid any problems

They arrived at my door after 9pm.
Since it was all dark outside (all of my family was sleeping by that time) , delivery guy was wandering outside my home with a flashlight like a thief.

This stupid guy may have forgotten that this town is considered to be in a conflict zone, and good chances that other people will pull a gun at him for this behaviour.

When i told him I'm going to make a complaint he threatenned me to not deliver parcels to my address, like he was doing some favor rather than his own job.

שירות מתחת לכל ביקורת. עדיף לשלם יותר ולא להסתמך על החברה הגועלית הזאת.

What's app bot is uesless and all phone calls /emails leads to that-Nopone answers the phone- USELESS

I was supposed to get my order, and got a call from the delivery guy.

I missed the call and was asked to phone him back, and when I did he just yelled at me that I didn't answer him and hung up.

Bunch or incompetent fools that cant even do their most basic of jobs right. 3 packages sent to same person at the same address are sent to 3 different delivery points spanning 5km!! Their phone options dont work and you are 100% cutoff before speaking to someone, not sent links to change delivery address, nothing!!! I will be claiming for my time and extra collection costs from the sender if not my credit card company
