Waited multiple hours on day of pickup even though I am “a presidential circle” member, clerk was very unhelpful over the weekend and very unknowledgeable. Showed little interest in helping. Did not have car I requested

Madge was great, as always. Our rental had an issue (unpleasant smell coming from the vents that wouldn't go away) and when we returned the car, when we mentioned this, she gave us a coupon for a discount on the next rental. She is always so professional and gracious. We are so grateful for her.

Hertz customer service is great however as of lately there have been issues with cars on their lot. It’s not the location fault this is a corporate issue with allowing rentals to be booked at a location that has no cars. Kimberly and Jason worked hard to ensure I had a car and continuously apologize for the issue.

The lady ar the Hertz counter (Madge) is always helpful, accommodating and welcoming. Her patience and willingness to please are very much appreciated.

I reserved a car a few weeks in advance for a wedding. On the day I was supposed to pick it up, Hertz called to say they didn’t have any cars available and had arranged for me to pick one up at another location. They provided a courtesy credit for my Uber trip to the other location, which was a very nice gesture given the inconvenience. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and the replacement car was superb.

Dropping off the car without any hassle was nice. The employee who finished the paperwork when I came back was very pleasant. I wished that the employee who provided me with the car a couple of days earlier had told me that it was a hybrid car. No one explained the car. To make sure that I knew how to use the shifting, I had to look it up on YouTube. For 5 days of driving I used $20 in fuel. That was a nice surprise.

Service at pick-up was efficient and friendly, my requested car was not available but I got a better car instead, drop-off was also very easy. Final bill was exactly what I was quoted before renting. All in all a great experience. Toll billing system took a little explaining, but I think that worked out well too, though I have not yet received a bill for tolls. That said, it has worked as explained in the past.

The people here are very nice and extremely accommodating. I rent here once a month for business and Madge always greats me with a smile.

The staff at the location was great. But I had a flat tire in Wisconsin, 3 miles from a Hertz location, and discovered that the spare tire from the vehicle (registered in Maryland) wasn't in the vehicle. I was told by the Hertz roadside hotline that they remove them. Then I was told that I had to have the vehicle towed, not the three miles to the airport location, but 70 miles to the Milwaukee service station. What could have been a 20-minute inconvenience became a 4-hour ordeal and nearly cost me a day of work. Like a shakedown so you're forced to pay for roadside assistance (thank goodness for AAA).

They did not have any cars there despite having a reservation. Had to leave after an hour and a half to go to a different location to try to get a vehicle.
