I had to wait 1 hr 30 min to get my car that I had reservation for 8.30 am ,And they gave me a dirty car

There is not enough staff
There is not enough staff. Associate walked out locked all the clients in the lobby went to help someone and came back to assist. This is past 5pm you call they say they will call you back no one does. Because they cant they have no help, the associate is nice even under the circumstances. They are on their own doing everything.From running the lobby, taking clients to their car, answering phones, doing the contract, taking cars in and out. The associate if being run down by HERTZ. Customer service 1800 awful just the run around. Care was dirty.

Temecula branch is great
Everyone in the Temecula branch is thoughtful, caring, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Maria, the branch manager, and her staff have all been great and deserve high praise. This time, Mike was very efficient and thorough and we didn't have to wait at all for our appointment. He is a credit and asset to Hertz. Last time, we worked with Maria and Kelly who were also fantastic. Even though they were short staffed since Steve had left, they managed to help everyone. Kudos

I had the vehicle scheduled to return…
I had the vehicle scheduled to return on Monday September the 7th scheduled and confirmed vie the website, when I arrived at the location it was closed and I was charged 2 extra days because of that.
I won’t be renting from Hertz again.

This location needs help
This location needs help, there is always a wait and people don’t know who’s in line first. Cars need gas most of the last few times but this one they went to get gas for it after I complained that this has been happening a lot where I have to go spend money to fill up the tank before I even leave the town. The interiors are not very clean even after they supposed to take them for vacuum there was dirt, long strands of hair and there was pet hair inside.

The tank was not full when I picked it…
The tank was not full when I picked it up. The steering wheel would not lock in place and moved up and down while in drive making it dangerous. I did not get the car I wanted. Otherwise it was ok.
