Hertz - Southaven - Goodman Road Anmeldelser 

The establishment opened late.The car was not very clean.I did take pictures and videos and on top of that , all , I do not smoke and they charged me a $400 smoking fee. A manager by the name of Anastasia is the rudest person I have ever met in my life.

I liked the car I was give but it was not cleaned inside or outside and they did not do a oil change before renting it back out because the oil change light keep going off. Other then that it was good

Anastasia went above and beyond to help get us in cars not once but twice.

Tje custermer service was REMARKABLE...
She assisted me with a lot of helpful and knowledgeable info for my trip and destination withe the type of vehicle I need and would enjoy. Really appreciated her. Thank you for everything. Ray and Brenda Herod

The person at the counter was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The car was clean and ready to go, and overall the service was very good.

My only concern was that there appeared to be only one employee working. She had to handle customers at the counter while also cleaning vehicles and taking photos of them, which caused delays for the other customers waiting. She did a great job managing everything, but having additional staff available would make the process much more efficient.

Great service

The car I reserved wasn't available so they had to upgrade me at the increased rate. Which should have been covered by Hertz but they charged me instead. Horrible customer service - always! Can never get a hold of anyone live, ever when calling. I prefer Enterprise.

I got into the vehicle, I discovered that it was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned or prepared for a new rental. The seats and carpeting were dirty, there was trash and debris inside the vehicle and cup holders, and there was still writing on the exterior window. Under normal circumstances, I would have immediately returned the vehicle and requested another one. That simply wasn't a reasonable option in this situation. My mother lives approximately 90 minutes from the Southaven Hertz location, and I was told she could die at any moment so I just needed to go. I had already waited for over an hour because they were understaffed and no one in that location moved quickly. I complained to Hertz that same day and its been 8 days with no response other than the auto reply. I am a 5 star Gold member .

Ease of rentals.

They never have the vehicle you reserve on hand. If I reserve a sedan or a smaller vehicle, I should not be given a SUV with SUV prices. This makes NO sense. When the vehicle a customer reserves is NOT in stock I dont understand why the customer is not given another vehicle for the same price. The Hertz employees are like do you want the higher priced vehicle or Not. If you NEVER have sedans why are sedans offered on your site for this location.
