Hertz - Roswell - Alpharetta Highway Anmeldelser 

I specifically ordered an SUV with seven passenger seats available. Before I went and picked the vehicle up I got a notification that I was being put in a minivan. I called Hertz President Circle line and was told that it would 100% be the SUV that was reserved. I proceeded to tell the lady that I had received communication saying something different. She told me over and over again that that is not the case. When I showed up to the location, it was exactly like I suspected the only vehicle they had was a minivan. I then called Hertz President circle line and was told that the rental would be comped. I am still waiting on that credit to show on my credit card. Truly disappointing.

There was a bit of a line/wait to pick-up the car due to limited staff at this location but the Hertz team members were terrific! And the car I rented was clean and in great shape!

Jamar at the 11030 Alpharetta hwy location made it worthwhile. I travel quite a bit for work and picking up the rental is one of many logistics that I need to run smoothly. On pick up and drop off my reservation was handled seamlessly !

This was a nightmare rental. I went to the first location (Canton) with a confirmed reservation, only to be told by the attendant, who was very focused on playing with his phone. So, I call Hertz corporate, and get a representative who spoke broken English and who asked me to repeat myself dozens of times, despite the fact I was already speaking slowly and clearly. Eventually, after speaking with a supervisor, I was told they had located the vehicle type (heavy duty truck) at the Roswell location. It was so late in the day that I couldn't get there before they closed, so I had to skip a night of our trip and go to get the truck the next morning. And, if you're guessing they didn't actually have it, you win. Now, the guys in the Roswell office were top notch and super friendly. But the best they could locate anywhere in the area was a Jeep Wrangler. Not exactly what I needed, but at this point, we just need to go. So we took the wrong vehicle, leaving behind some of what we needed to haul to North Carolina for a charity event. This will be my last time with Hertz until they fix their computer systems and get some U.S.-based support.
