Dirty car. Near empty fuel tank! Check out process took too long.

I returned the vehicle 20 mins before and they closed the return an hour later and sent me a bill for late fee. They never give you the receipt when you return the vehicle. They wait to intentionally close the return late so they can charge late fee. I have proof of pictures with timestamp showing when I returned the vehicle and it is more than an hour before their records show in the final receipt which they only mail and they don’t give you when you return the vehicle in person.

Local customer service representative were very knowledgeable helpful and friendly.

The reps at this HLE location are wonderful. Friendly, enthusiastic and professional. I've been coming here for many years and will return when I need another rental vehicle.

Office was extremely busy so we had to wait a bit for our car. It didn't bother us to wait and the staff did their best to get us a car. I have never had a poor experience with Hertz. I would highly recommend them for quality of cars and courteous service.

The new staff is amazing efficient and kind. Very customer service friendly. The way this location used to be years ago. I will continue to use this location. I have a reservation for Thanksgiving weekend.

No complaints. The car ran incredibly well and the company made the experience effortless and expedient.

Picked up the vehicle. It was dirty, like someone vaped or smoked on the windows, only had 5/8 tank of gas, rear passenger tire was low. When I told the attendant they said take a picture with your phone there is nothing we can do. When I got the pick up report in my email they noted everything was 100%.

The quality of car was not good. I would have preferred a more modern car. Car only had 1/4 tank of gas, which is disappointing considering a gas station is next door. Car also had dents and scratch marks. I was also disappointed that I did not have the option to return to a different location.
