INVENTORY availability was not what we had booked
Location was not great. The representative that helped us at the counter was AWESOME! He is a priceless ASSET to your company! Unfortunately, the location did not have the make/model that we had reserved. We were told that their inventory was low & we had only 2 cars to choose from. The one that we accepted turned out to be quite disappointing. It made for a VERY long & uncomfortable vacation. :o(

His team is one of the best in customer service ive ever dealt with over any industry. I had an excellent experience with this rental. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a pickup truck, which exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was in outstanding condition, clean, comfortable, and performed exceptionally well throughout my trip. The entire rental process was smooth and professional. I truly appreciated the courtesy upgrade and would gladly choose this rental company again in the future.
