Well i made the reservation at 9:30am. 1st off I was completely surprised that the customer service representative that helped me at first just up and left without saying another representative was going to help w customers. So the manager Carl had to help assist w customers. He was very helpful and I really appreciated his prompt service along with his other staff. I was just surprised his assistant manager just up and left without saying anything to any of the customers waiting .

More Attention
My only gripe with this location is inventory. It is always something. You rarely get the vehicle you reserved, then you have to pay MORE if there's not comparable. That's unacceptable. Hertz, you are a Million if not Billion dollar giant, quit taking advantage of people. Plan better, and provide adequate staffing, extended hours, after hour return, so that customers are not paying for what they do not need.

Last minute decision to go with Hertz and they were able to come thru.

The Customer service was very late
The Customer service was very late. There was one young lady there. I don’t remember her name but she was so wonderful to me. She was so helpful and I really appreciate it. I would recommend Hertz over at Morrow to my friends and family

I did my rental request online
I did my rental request online. I put my pickup and return time to be 5:00 pm.
Upon arrival I was told that they close at 5:00pm. I informed the agent that I was not made aware that they close at 5:00pm. I informed the agent that I could not wait until 9:00am, Saturday. The agent did help me. Online request should indicate that they close at 5:00pm. Also, the time on the door did not have a closing time.
