The car I reserved not available
The car I reserved not available, in fact only 2 vehicles. A giant van or an electric car. I took the car. The car had definitely been abused, dirty…. And horribly inconvenient looking to find a place to charge it b4 I returned it.

When I booked the car I reserved it for 10:30pm Saturday night to 10:30pm Monday. When I arrived Saturday night (Almost midnight because of a storm delay) I come to find out my reservation was changed to noon Saturday and they closed at 5pm that evening. I ended up having to take a Lyft to where I was staying and catch a ride back to the airport the next day. Other than that the car and the service was excellent as usual. Hertz made it right but it was very inconvenient having to bum a ride back to the airport on Sunday morning.

I got a vehicle for a 5 day trip and I ended up keeping the vehicle for a extra week for that one week I was charged at a rate 2x what I agreed too and then they charged me and extra almost $200 to drop it off at the airport. But never said I could avoid that by dropping it at the off airport location. I also got a $30 charge over a month later for a speeding ticket I paid. Go to Budget Rent a car they are fair and a lot cheaper and no extra charges. I will never use them again ever! 2 thumbs down👎 👎

I got to the counter for my reservation (which my company booked) and because I renewed my driver's license they told me I needed to pay for the rental personally. The lady behind the desk was very matter of fact and if I didn't do it she could care less. After the manager came up 20 minutes later because she was too busy doing other stuff she took the same position. Come to find out after I had to use my personal CC that I just needed to update my driver's license number on my Gold profile.

I love Hertz! Cars are great and we get great perks being in the Presidents Circle! Oh, and we can rent cars all over the world without issue! Zero complaints!
