The rental was dirty inside and out
The rental was dirty inside and out. For some reason or another every time I rent a car from this location it always has that marijuana smell in the cars I rent. But this was the second time I’ve had this experience. The cars are not being cleaned before they are rented, it is obvious that they are not doing the job.

Give ma a clean car
What I don't like is every time I rent a vehicle the car is filthy. There has been so many excuses given of why the vehicle is dirty on the exterior, but after leaving the interior is just as bad if not worse and pretty disgusting. For the price that people pay they expect to be in a car that's clean! I was so embarrassed on this last visit I ended up signing for a subscription at a car wash.

I specifically reserved a full size…
I specifically reserved a full size Dodge ram 2500 in person. I needed the bed longer length. They gave me a 1500 short bed and said sorry, that’s what they sent us. I had no choice but to take it. They didn’t even offer a discount for the error. On top of that, they are understaffed and the wait is horrendous.

I usually give Hertz five stars but this time I’m gonna have to break it down to three because it’s not the service that I got it’s the timing of the service it was unbelievable. I waited for an hour from my car. Then the car that I wanted was not available after I made a reservation a week prior so at this point, I give three stars.

I picked up my rental at the Lancaster…
I picked up my rental at the Lancaster California office and the vehicle was dirty from outside . Inside the vehicle smelled like pot and cigarettes . They don’t clean their cars . I refused to get the vehicle and asked for another vehicle and they had me waiting for 1 hour. I almost lost my flight as I was late to the airport .
